If I could give this location a 0 I would! Don’t go here! The staff is rude! They get orders wrong every time I go to this location! And the experience on Saturday, makes me never want to go to a tim hortons ever again.
It was raining Saturday morning at 6 am, we arrived at 6:10 and understood that the doors could be still locked we didn’t care all too much we waited outside, (doors for lobby open at 6), while waiting around 6:25, the lady at the door comes out really rude and yells at us stating she isn’t opening the doors until more people come.there was a total of 5 different customers waiting for the lobby to open up. 3 of the customers was my group, an old man who walked to the location with a cane to help him walk which they were making disgusting faces and gestures through the window to tell him to go away and he was not understanding them bc they were to lazy to go to the door and politely state hey sorry, but the lobby won’t be open until so and so time. The staff all needs to learn to be nicer to the customers! As well as learn to do their job, some of the staff the tim hortons even state online that they do not care about...
Read moreIf I could give no stars, I would. The most obnoxious Tim Horton's I've ever been to. The staff is always extremely loud and rowdy like they're at home or on the street. At the end of the day its still a place of business so act like it. Not to mention they always get the order wrong. Last time I ordered a simple coffee they gave me my bagel but not the coffee. The workers walked back and forth & back and forth, no one bothering to ask if i was still waiting on something or if i received my order. Finally, one of them made eye contact with me and I said I still haven't gotten my coffee yet. No apologies for the extra wait and she made the double double wrong. Its a double double - really? How hard is that? Smh.
The managers are always in the far left corner of the shop on their cell phones and having a grand ol' time while there's customers sitting all around them. Just looks completly unprofessional. It's like the staff literally has no indoor voice. I don't need to hear your conversation about your kids and baby mama drama all the way on the OTHER end of the shop. Not long before I call headquarters and report this...
Read moreThis is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I've had a few bad experiences here just recently. The first one, I stopped before work to grab an orange juice and a bagel because I work about 4 blocks from here. I pull in after 8:00 AM, pull on the door, and it's locked. The worker inside looked at me, I pointed at the door to indicate the time it said they should be open, and she just put up a "2" with her fingers and put her head back down, so I left. This location also has a really bad habit of being out of just about everything. I went through the drive through to grab something quick. I asked for a frozen hot chocolate, they didn't have it. I asked for the philly cheesesteak, they didn't have it. I asked for the chicken sandwich, they didn't have it. I asked for a glazed chocolate doughnut, surely they had to have that at least right? Nope. Didn't have it. That was all in ONE trip mind you. And the employees are always super rude, like you're inconveniencing them when you're there. This place is a Hell hole and I would avoid it. Take the trip a few miles out of the way if you want Tim Hortons, because this place...
