Here goes... I stopped in for a bowl of lemon rice soup and a cherry coke. Both of these items were great. My server was very sweet and attentive - so much so that she got a $6 tip on a $12 bill (I was a waitress in high school, so I tip extremely well for good service). The next complaint is NO FAULT of the server, but the kitchen.
While I ordered the above, I asked if I could also buy 2 hardboiled eggs. I can run a company and I can bake/cook - but hardboiled eggs are beyond my capabilities (I know, I know, one of the easiest things to do I'm told). At any rate, I wasn't upset at paying $2.50/egg. What I was/am upset about is the fact that when I got home with my $5.00 worth of hardboiled eggs and opened the container, the inside was GREEN!! We're not talking the small green ring that you get from overcooking it - we're talking Wicked Witch of the West full out green throughout and the smell was HORRENDOUS!! I called and if you can believe it I was told "It's okay to eat it like that, our eggs are not bad". Umm, no habib - I'm not eating no Dr. Suess eggs...

Meanwhile took two other orders for walk in customers that came in behind me. The blonde, stumpy looking girl with the long blonde ponytail. Proceeded to ignore me and tell me to wait although both customers walked in behind me. She proceeded to walk away and play on her phone on the counter. I stood there almost ten minutes before she FINALLY came and asked me who I was there for. I told her and apparently they hadnāt even printed out the ticket, none the less started it. I waited another 15 minutes and asked her about how long and she rudely responded āI donāt know, not long.ā I mean really⦠how long does it take for a club sandwich and some chili cheese fries.ā š Waited another five minutes of watching her play on her phone, twirling her ponytail, which is super unsanitary handling peopleās food. Unfortunately I just cancelled the order. Uber eats delivery or not I will be treated with the same respect I give to others, as well as not going to continue to spend my Friday night on one order waiting on a girl with a terrible attitude to get her act together. So if it was a wait to make sure our stuff was correct that wouldāve been fine. Both of our food was messed up which if it had only been a few things I wouldāve held my tongue, but no. I ordered a salad no tomato, they forgot my egg. He ordered a buiscuit sandwich, got it on toast. Ordered a skillet received an omelet, they remade his skillet, forgot his meat, had to wait for that to be cooked and mix it in himself. They seemed annoyed that we were even there. To make matters worse, I am bigger than my boyfriend, the guy(who I believe was manager) serving the food to us assumed the larger portion was for me and literally asked me āall of that is for him??ā Like what. And then while we check out, he told my boyfriend, that he took away the 15% gratuity that was supposed to be for our waitress, for making one mistake putting something in the system.
