Can I call this Discrimination or something idk please correct me if I am wrong,

Let me explain Date: 01/28/2025 Time: 7pm I have visited Apple bees to have a word with manager regarding a mistreatment from one of the employee from AppleBees previous day and manager gave an explanation why has that I have written in my prior review and Manager has given following option as Do you need your money back I denied it as money is not for which I went there primarily it's for the self respect to validate why were we being treated differently I said just do what ever you feel comfortable going forward simple,

On 28 manager said if you want you can try the offer is still present I was thinking mistakes do happen let me give a try one more time I cannot judge a whole franchise crew from one encounter and I thought I should give a try "MY WROST BLUNDER"

I was been taken inside and seated at a table in the end corner side, I have requested water and my choice of wings,

Water was placed on my table after 20+ mins of ordering my wings(COUNT of 10) were also placed on my table with no "CUTLERY",

"I WAS WONDERING HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO EAT WITH NO CUTLERY AND WITHOUT A STRAW HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DRINK"

I have called a waitress and asked about cutlery she said that's not her side of tables but still she brought me the cutlery,

I have called waitress requesting for my 2nd order of wings she said you should give the order to the waitress who served you with cutlery but she is the one who gave me cutlery then she said I will send someone then a new waitress have showed up and asked me how was the food I said it was good then she said should I get you the bill I said I am not done yet,

"AS FAR AS MY KNOWLEDGE GOES IN ANY RESTAURANT ANY WAITER/WAITRESSES WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE ANYTHING ELSE OR IS IT ALL FOR THE DAY, NO ONE LITERALLY NO ONE IN MY WHOLE LIFE HAS ASKED ME THIS QUESTION SHOULD I GET YOU YOUR BILL I FELT STRANGE AND UNCOMFORTABLE LIKE DID THEY MEAN SHOULD I LEAVE NOW OR SOMETHING"

My 2nd order showed up with 6 wings in total after 20+ mins the place and the place was decently crowded,

So far so good,

When I have ordered for the 3 rd time things went really far I have requested for the "GARLIC PARMESAN WING"

I haven't expected this level of sarcasm "THE WAITRESSES SHOWED UP AFTER 20+ MINS WITH A GARLIC PARMESAN IN A CUP NOT WINGS I MEAN NO WINGS JUST A LIQUID"

dude I was like whats happening why are you treating me this way I am feeling so uncomfortable and kinda pissed inside but I have respectful said I have requested for the wings in that flavour but you have given only the liquid in the bowl can you please bring the wings,

After 20+ mins here comes the Garlic Parmesan Wings Just 4 in a plate I mean why 4 man dude you guys are messing everything and everytime you are serving me ,

I have asked "WHY HAVE YOU GUYS SERVED ONLY 4 WINGS WHY I MEAN I HAVE EXPRESSED MY DISSATISFACTION TO THE WAITRESSES SHE IS APOLOGIZING BUT THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR BUT ALL I WAS TRYING TO UNDERSTAND IS WHY AM I BEING TREATED THIS WAY IN EVERY INTERACTION"

Now the manager shows up I have explained him the same but He is least concerned and told me the wings are fused together so I am thinking 4 but they are 5, That's the most illogical explanation one can say, Now I was so pissed I mean I cannot really express why are you guys like this,

In total my question for the Applebee's are Why do you guys are so unorganized. Why can't you be bit more polite and act. Why can't everyone get the same treatment. Why can't the manager smile when interacting when the customer why can't he keep an expression atleast neutral why do you have to keep an expression as if you are challenging the customer. I have seen extreme wait time and no at all positive service isn't my money green and is Applebee's has primary preference of anything. I was so heartbroken I don't wanna interact with them anymore I left, Every human deserves respect irrespective of how they look, What matters is how...

Let me tell you a story which has happened in Applebee's warrens burg 01/27/25 afternoon at 1:00 pm,

I am a student who wanted to go out and eat something good with in budget and filling as well which is common as majority of students do,

I have given call to Applebee's warrensburg prior day asking for the offer Unlimted wings for 15.99 they have confirmed with as sweet tone yes they do serve that here,

The next day I have visited with my friend we haven't had our breakfast LOL just to enjoy wings we went into the dine in and asked a waiter about unlimited wings they said They will serve that,

We are seated and ordered our wings and had one plate when we have asked for another the waiter named miss P** G has told us you know that we don't served unlimted wings and this will be charged individually,

I was slipped into dilemma questioning myself am I day dreaming or what going on I have asked with a polite tone "Mam your waiter said unlimited wings are been served here why are saying you can't serve us that" Response from miss P** G " ITS LOCATION SPEICFIC AND WE DON'T SERVE IT HERE and when I have asked to speak with a manager she said MANAGER WILL NOT BE HERE TILL NEXT DAY EVENING",

I was standing as idiot in front of my fellow friends for bring them here I don't want to argue with them so I paid what ever price they have asked and left,

Immediately I have called 2 different locations Applebee's Sedalia Mo Clinton Mo

They have confirmed they do serve the unlimited wings for 15.99 which made me wonder what's happening here with me and my friends,

I immediately called Customer Care and explained the incident and they filed a complaint regarding the incident.

Next Day 01/28/2025

I have called Applebee's once again and asked do you guys serve 15.99 unlimited wings they said they do serve the wings , Which has put in a confusion I cannot explain, I visited the place and requested to speak to manager he came out and said given explanation what has happened and the point I felt strange is "Generally we do deny unlimited wings when our kitchen is busy and more number of customers are here as we cannot handle those many at a time" I understand may it is your practice it's alright.

BUT I HAVE VISITED DURING AFTER 1PM AND ITS EMPTY AS DESERT 🏜️,

the waiter miss P** G was kinda you know not so attentive I mean as if She has cold or something / Hangover I really don't know I cannot say why she is like that, But anyways my question is Why I am treated that way

I am not a American is that the reason. I am not white is that the reason. Did I do something wrong which I am not aware of I was been as respectful as I can from the pointer I have entered that place.

We've waited a year since going to Applebee's and having the last bad experience, but decided we'd give it a try again, hoping things would have improved. We were sadly disappointed even worse this time. Ashton was our server and he was quicker to respond and bring us our drinks then the last time we visited but brought my husband's meal and appetizer at the same time which he had the nachos and did not bring me my blackened shrimp and broccoli fettuccine. I assumed that maybe because it took a little longer to cook then the nachos and our appetizer so waited another 15 minutes which put it about 9:45 and then Ashton brought us our bill. I asked where my meal was and he promptly took back the bill he had left us and went into the kitchen then printed another bill came over and told us the kitchen could not make my meal, they had another large party, three tables, that they were cooking for and that he was sorry and left us the new bill. I sat there in disbelief for a few minutes and then asked for a manager from a different waitress because Ashton never came back. The manager came apologized said the kitchen was still open if I wanted my food she would have them make it. Though at this time, which was about 10 minutes till close, I did not want to make anybody mad and possibly have my food spit on or something and I told her that. She offered to go make it herself but by then I had lost my appetite. She took 10% off of our bill which our order was only $25. So I left with no meal. I will never go back to this Applebee's again. And also the place smelled like rank Grease, the soap dispenser was in the sink in the bathroom and the paper towel dispenser did not work. This place is going downhill.

This Original review (below) was from a year ago. Like everywhere else it was understaffed but the staff that were there very unattentive. We sat at an empty table with no menus no water nothing for 10 minutes before the bartender looked up said she would be right with us. 5 minutes later she finally came over and brought us our menus and took our drink order. Two other waitresses and the doorman wandering around never even looked at us sitting there at an empty table. I don't think we were even part of the...

No. Just no. It seemed like the manager left a new server to crash and burn. I've worked this industry and have never seen a new server left unsupported that way. It's the restaurant that suffers when you make a point like that. We asked for the manager, twice (server, doing her best, thought they had come by). He told us he was stuck in the back. Everything was comped, without asking, but damage was done. We got one of our drinks (of four ordered, two adults + two children) after 30 minutes, and it was the wrong drink. No silverware (asked twice, got one fork, no napkins). Got the second adult drink after another 5 minutes, also the wrong drink. Part of the adult food arrived 35-40 minutes in. Food for children was a painful 50 minutes after ordering. The church rush was over and there were 4 other customers in the restaurant by the time we got everything. I've included a photo of the restaurant.

Next Day 01/28/2025 I have called Applebee's once again and asked do you guys serve 15.99 unlimited wings they said they do serve the wings , Which has put in a confusion I cannot explain, I visited the place and requested to speak to manager he came out and said given explanation what has happened and the point I felt strange is "Generally we do deny unlimited wings when our kitchen is busy and more number of customers are here as we cannot handle those many at a time" I understand may it is your practice it's alright. BUT I HAVE VISITED DURING AFTER 1PM AND ITS EMPTY AS DESERT 🏜️, the waiter miss P**** G was kinda you know not so attentive I mean as if She has cold or something / Hangover I really don't know I cannot say why she is like that, But anyways my question is Why I am treated that way 1. I am not a American is that the reason. 2. I am not white is that the reason. 3. Did I do something wrong which I am not aware of I was been as respectful as I can from the pointer I have entered that place. This incident ruined my day and I felt so bad in my heart and tears almost exited my eyes as I have asked why me ?

No. Just no. It seemed like the manager left a new server to crash and burn. I've worked this industry and have never seen a new server left unsupported that way. It's the restaurant that suffers when you make a point like that. We asked for the manager, twice (server, doing her best, thought they had come by). He told us he was stuck in the back. Everything was comped, without asking, but damage was done. We got one of our drinks (of four ordered, two adults + two children) after 30 minutes, and it was the wrong drink. No silverware (asked twice, got one fork, no napkins). Got the second adult drink after another 5 minutes, also the wrong drink. Part of the adult food arrived 35-40 minutes in. Food for children was a painful 50 minutes after ordering. The church rush was over and there were 4 other customers in the restaurant by the time we got everything. I've included a photo of the restaurant.
