I've been doing pizza on Friday with my kids for at least 3 years. Every Friday, we get Little Ceasars. We moved to Warrensburg in July and have tried and tried with this spot. Hoping they get better. This is by far the worst one we've ever gotten food from. I put in my order in advance, and even with a 3 hour advance notice for pick up at 6pm I waited an additional 45 mins. The following week, again I put in my order but had things I needed to do and couldn't take a chance in having to wait 45mins after my pick up time, so I called and canceled the request, 2 hours in advance. I the gal I spoke to said my money would be refunded and even confirmed with the manager. That was 2 weeks ago. Still no refund. They blatantly stole my money. I spend $12.00 every Friday, not a lot, but when you add that up, EVERY SINGLE WEEK, for 3 years that's almost $1900, I guess that's doesn't matter to this franchise or even the corporate office since I filed a complaint and never heard anything back. It really is a shame, my kids love their pizza, and we're definitely return customers. Looks like we will now have to start going to Papa John's up the road. I gave you 4 months to get it together Little Ceasars of Warrensburg, I'm not an inpatient jerk, but you just haven't done better. It's, in fact, worse. We'll come back if you can sort it out. Until...

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a little Caesar’s. I walked in and nobody was at the counter. Two employees were talking out the back door. After a few minutes they realized I was there and came up to take my order. They continued to leave the door open the entire time I was there, apparently they aren’t worried about mice or rats. They didn’t have a single pizza ready to take. So I ordered two pepperoni pizzas. They told me it would be 10 minutes. The two guys there continued to goof off and talk the whole time. Both of which continued to put personal belongings on the counters (phone, wallet, keys) where the food is prepared. Neither of them had on gloves or a had or a hair net. Both had beards and hair. One guy had a bandaid on his finger that he kept biting at. Other customers came in for online orders and none of them were ready. They weren’t even in the oven. After about 20 minutes I got my two pizzas and I left. The boxes were covered in sauce and other food and ruined my seats in my car. When I got home I was beyond disappointed. The pizzas could not have been made with less care if they tried. They were 2-3 inches of crust around the outside on both. I will never be back and I will be notifying the health department. Everyone there should be fired. And...
Read moreEdit a year later: Never coming back. They still consistently mess up (missing items, not doing half and half pizzas correctly, putting pretzel cheese on the italian breadsticks and forgetting the seasoning which was not good) but the last straw was then baking a fly into our pizza. Absolutely vile.
Little ceasers was our go to pizza place for pizza night so wed get it about once every week or two. When we moved here though, we've stopped going. This location consistently messes up orders (half means only one side of the pizza), undercooks items, and they have this amazing habit of not updating you on the app so good luck knowing when your pizza is ready. The biggest offense, however, is that this location never, and I mean NEVER puts any seasoning stuff at all on their breadsticks. They have never put seasoning on them, they are not supposed to just be bread. Mind you, we went here weekly or bi weekly for about 3 months because sometimes things happen and restaurants derserve a second chance, never again. There was always...
