Those of you from months to several years ago, I have read most of the one star ratings on this McDonalds. I worked at this location since the end of September 2020 to December 27th 2020. I am going to be generous and say that everyone I worked with to the time I was here are very nice, sweet with the best of all attitudes ever. I give one star to this McDonalds because I am not from around here of Fauquier County Warrenton Virginia. I am from Central Virginia and was in the Fauquier Family Shelter. For the reason why of the one star is that of how I was treated by the General Manager of this location. All the staff are very nice, helpful and understanding except the fact of the General Manager gave me the nastiest attitude and was only towards me. He likes to start talking about people who he does not like working at this location in Spanish. My way of saying, got something to say about an employee, do not speak about that employee to other employees in Spanish, say it to the employee's face in ENGLISH! My time is up at the shelter and I am needed to get my stuff packed to leave. When I called the manager, instead of understanding that both me and my child have no place to go, the General Manager discriminated me and fired me because I have been working with Churches and Social Services to be prepared for what comes next. Please do not fault the service of these employees. If you must fault the poor customer service on anybody, the General Manager is the one with the nasty attitude with not just certain employees but with Customers. Read moreOrdered from the app. Past 1030 and the app wouldnt update to the lunch menu but I also couldn't order Breakfast past 1030. Had to go through the drive thru 4 times and wait over 45 minutes for my food. Employees couldn't do anything to help me get the deal listed on the app. Had to eventually do curbside pickup after 11 to get my food. The Hispanic woman in the drive thru kept screaming hello through the speaker multiple times as I was ordering so she obviously couldn't hear me as she was talking over me. The other 2 ladies working the drive thru were helpful and compassionate but their hands were tied and couldn't help me through no fault of their own. I couldn't go inside due to medical reasons. When I did get my food over 45 minutes from the time I arrived, the fries were severely under cooked like still frozen in the center and the nuggets were obviously the ones I ordered 45 minutes earlier. Will not be returning. McDonald's is by far the worst customer service at every location that I have ever experienced compared to any other fast food chain I have ever been to. I have had a bad experience 99 percent of the time since as far back as I can even remember. I rarely waste my time and money for this very reason but it was a special treat for my son after his surgery so I agreed. Read moreFood was actually surprisingly good even though they got my order wrong but it was quickly fixed without an issue or attitude but they do not show the order numbers on the screen. If you order inside they do not give you anything. No napkins, no condiments. No nothing because you can grab it yourself but they give you no direction. What if you're new there? Plus they messed up my whole order. I paid extra for lettuce mayonnaise bacon and they gave me a regular cheeseburger like they didn't even look at the menu. Just like any typical McDonald's the surface sucks but hey, at least I got a frappe this time 😁😁😁😁😁 and that's the biggest laughable moment. I was compensated a frappe because I wanted an Oreo McFlurry and guess what? The ice cream machine didn't work because they didn't want to fix it and my cousin works at McDonald's and just to let everyone know the machine that you get the chocolate syrup out of is molded. They never change it. They never clean it. That's why everything is always broken because they don't want to clean it that they get paid more than nurses.
