Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Warrenton

Called to place and order and the man on the phone told my fiance to go online and place his order. Then he proceeds to get an attitude after he typed the card number in wrong and we told the man “we think you typed it in wrong bro” and he said “NO I DIDNT BRO” and hung up the phone. I called back and asked why he hung up the phone up and he told us to “learn how to speak to him” and he hung up again. Once again we were NEVER rude or disrespectful. I called back again and said do I need to come to the store and get my food? He said if I come he will call the police on me. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he is the manager. I asked his name and he said he wouldn’t provide it and I also asked if the calls were recorded and he said no and cussed me out and hung the phone up. I’m not sure who is in charge of this place but this was absolutely uncalled for as we were just trying to order dinner for our kids. I don’t leave reviews either, but this was definitely worth warning the next...

As a Mom who can’t keep her stuff together half the time with many feral sweet kids, PJs has always been a winner. This location here in Warrenton constantly gives the extra care and makes sure I am where I say I am. If they thought pool was closed they’ve called to make sure I was there and not home location. Visa versa as well! They have made sure to consistently deliver to the correct place and on top of that have been kind and have always gotten our order right or made sure to correct it in n appropriate way. Mistakes happen and it’s always been ok! We made Warrenton our forever home and of all the locations and states and cities and decades ordering Papa John’s, this location by far is the best. Ok, so it's not just Dominos... it's Papa Johns too. Ordered a couple of pizzas and a dessert well over an hour ago. I was notified that the pizza was on its way, but here I sit, an hour later for a 20-minute drive, wishing I would have ordered from somewhere else tonight. Looks like it's time to order from Spitonys and pick it up myself. It's better pizza at Spitonys anyway and they don't demand a tip until AFTER the service is provided.
