Dunkin' — Restaurant in Warrington Township

The food is standard fare. But the employee was horrendous. While taking the order she would constantly stop me and have me repeat from the beginning. I ordered 4 things and took about 10 minutes to get to the last item. They proceed to have me pull around and repeat my order three more times. The thing that irked me is the last time I spoke with the employee who was not hard of hearing and why that person is not on the headset I will never know. All of this was fine until I pay and the change and dollars wrre just thrown into my hand by captain hard of hearing. The food was handed bylethe nice employee and was satifsati with his service. I hope the person who was rude was just having a bad day and not the owner. It doesn't excuse pushing that attitude toeatt a patient paying customer. I was never rude to her since I've had similar job an I know how it can be difficult to do the job. I hope they put her in a more suitable position so in maybe a year I will try them again. But for now I will just go to starbuSta and Walmart for donuts to get...

Stopped in the grab drinks for the kids and I. Bought a large iced tea, and asked for 2 cups of water. The lady rang me up for bottles of water, and when I tried to explain I was asking for cups, communication broke down. I figured, maybe free cups of water are against company policy, and I paid. Then I saw a sign advertising lemonade (which my kids would prefer) for less money. I asked if I could exchange the two, still untouched, bottles of water for lemonade, and the manager told me he cannot void sales. We're talking about less than a dollar's difference, and a grown man cannot make chage for me...but I was "free to purchase more tea". No thanks, Dunkin Donuts. Went here twice. First time, there was a mistake with my drive thru order, was given chai instead of coffee. Ending up throwing it out.

Second time, walked in to order an oat milk latte. The coffee was not great. Tasted of grounds which is not my expectation for an espresso drink. My order came up so fast that I suspect it was merely oat milk in coffee rather than a fresh espresso. The bitter taste of grounds in my mouth was an ironic counterpoint to the sign in the window of Dunkin's proclaiming handcrafted espresso drinks.

If this is indicative of Dunkin's shift away from donuts, I don't think it...
