Went here with my 88 year old grandmother & she did not have any help from staff on just a regular coffee with cream and she said she didn’t understand the menu and i couldn’t either; and the staff heard us speaking because they looked at us and we were up at the counter and they couldn’t answer it they had regular coffee with cream or not so i ordered a large iced coffee french vanilla and the girl looked confused on me ordering a large ice coffee with french vanilla flavoring. so; i asked her is that a thing here because you’re menu is way too busy and too spread out. she says yes we have that, would you like sugar or cream and i said i ordered french vanilla she says i know, i said no just french vanilla. the people before me that ordered had the ticket and the people called out the coffee make and the order number; when i got done and was waiting for my iced coffee ... an iced coffee was sitting up there and another one was being made. so i was confused and they just stared at me with confusion even though they weren’t letting me know if that was my coffee or not. so i took it and i was sipping it as i was walking away and i almost spit it out. it was the most distasteful french vanilla iced coffee i’ve EVER tasted; i told the manager i didn’t want it and he said well that’s what you ordered, i watched you order and i said yes but o do not like it and he said well you cannot just order then say you don’t like something then get something else and then i said oh okay, can i have my money back? he said well we can always replace it for you if you like i said no i’ll just take my money back please. so i go up to the front counter and i originally paid 4.00 for the coffee and he only gave me 3 dollars back. i didn’t even care i just wanted to leave. i rather get a french vanilla iced coffee from mcdonald’s! this place stinks and the parking lot is dangerous! we will not be back due to lack of customer service, attitude of boss, and cleanliness of environment and also the menu and the parking lot! goshen store may be better! hope not same management otherwise i won’t be...
Read moreWhen I had went to go get my daily coffee the mind you I get every day the exact same thing i go up to the radio and tell them my order 1 Carmel frap and one raspberry white chocolate coffee that’s it the lady’s seemed new and wasn’t getting it right this other girl was trying to help her but still wasn’t managing to get it right I wasn’t thinking about it to much so I just asked if I could pull up to the window to tell them my order so they could understand me better I pull to the window and say my order slowly in-fact I said it two times VERY slowly when I received the Carmel frap I was relieved because it was right until my raspberry white chocolate coffee comes out I read the label and what does it say blueberry. I’m sorry but R and B do not sound the same the aggravating part wasn’t that they got the order wrong after I said it to their face 2+ more times it was the fact that I called to speak with the manager to help them because I didn’t think it really was that hard and I wanted to make sure he knew some of the people needed extra help or they weren’t understanding if that makes any sense he proceeded to tell me he doesn’t need my help and that I’m wrong for suggesting that they should schedule less “new” people on the same shift after he told me their was 3 new people on the same shift yeah I’m sorry I’m not coming back here that was truly disgusting what happened to customer is always right.. and not even that basic human decency I was being kind and was trying to help and I got backlash from a stupid teen manager I’m disappointed will not be visiting...
Read moreAfter various visits, wanting to give them a chance, this place gave me a perfect reason to finally make my own coffee station at home.
The staff here is inconsistent. Sometimes they give you a correct order, with friendly service. But more often than not, they get your order wrong and just chuck it at you and slam the window shut. I’m not expecting a hug, but a “thank you, have a nice day” isn’t that difficult. It’s as if some of these kids don’t know how to communicate in person and if you’re not a phone screen they can’t figure out how to interact with you. And no, I’m not a “Karen” or a “boomer”, we’re talking basic efficiency and manners. One time they didn’t put the lid correctly on my cup and the hot coffee spilled in my car when I tried to place the cup in the cup holder—I almost burned my hand.
During my visit, I noticed the person at the drive-thru window was wearing a dirty uniform, had poor grooming and absolutely filthy fingernails. Your employees handle food, and represent your company. Basic hygiene isn’t an extraordinary expectation. I realize this is a casual establishment, but there’s a difference between casual and looking like you live...
