Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Warsaw

Normally I won't leave one-star reviews. But in this case, the pictures will explain it all. On top of waiting for two hours on my food, It arrived looking like this. The delivery person apologized for the wing box being a little crushed. As we look at the pizza box, it was dripping grease and cheese from the boxes corners and bottom due to it being crushed as well. I called the store back and they are currently remaking my order for free. This is the second Pizza Hut this week that has given me terrible delivery problems with below average tasting food even for pizza hut. Pizza Hut what's going on?

After emailing the email provided in the response I heard back from Pizza Hut. They promised that they would make this right and that they were so sorry I had a bad experience and wanted to make it up to me. After replying back to that I never heard back again. Yesterday I gave this location a shot again and the pizza arrived with NO sauce. This has always been one of the best Pizza Huts but tonight my daughter & I were disappointed. I ordered 2 specialty personal pizzas & 1 salad bar. They charged me for a salad bar as a meal for $8.99 rather than as a side for $5.49 - when I asked about it they said the policy is now to charge it as a stand-alone meal when ordered with a personal pan. I didn't order a larger pizza as there were only 2 of us. I guess next time I can order 1 small & a salad bar and I will spend a lot less than 2 personal pans. I do not understand why they would charge more b/c it's not like I ate more of the salad bar b/c I ordered a smaller pizza. Good grief! Also, my daughter ordered a pepperoni lover's personal pan and it had the normal amount of pepperoni - but of course they charged me for the pepperoni lovers. The personal pans were delivered on a plate rather than the pans. I was going to tip very generously to my waitress who was doing at least 3 different jobs tonight but I cut it back since they racked my bill up for me. Every time I’ve come in, service has been pretty okay. But lately I’ve noticed the workers goofing around. It’s okay to have fun at work but please be sanitary about it. I came in a few days ago and could somewhat see into the back. I noticed a couple of younger boys playing around, doing pushups on the floor and proceeding to walk out and resume making food. I rarely see them use gloves or wash their hands, and I definitely didn’t see them wash their hands after the fact. Again, the customer service is okay, but I’d appreciate if they’d work on cleanliness. If hiring younger people = potentially getting customers sick, then maybe they should reconsider or at least try and assess the maturity of their workers before hiring. This is just the most recent of many questionable things I’ve seen happening in this store, and I’ve been ordering from here for 2 years since moving to Warsaw. Used to...
