Disappointed. I have stayed at this hotel several occasions for multiple days and weeks. Every year I come there it seems to get a little worse and a little worse almost as if no one is updating the hotel and taking care of it. My most recent visit was for 9 days and the room was not entirely clean when I got there, the kitchen had dirty dishes, light bulbs did not work and the air conditioner did not work throughout my stay. No matter how many times I asked for assistance, while the management was very kind and very nice, nothing really ever got done other than to give me several extra towels and dishwashing soap in a cup. Just really didn't seem that professional. In fact, they didn't clean my room once during my entire stay. While I understand how covid has affected the cleaning schedule for many rooms, I think it would have at least been nice to have my trash emptied. No hot breakfast is actually offered except for a waffle maker and pre-packaged sausage biscuits. It's not that that is really so bad, but if someone wants to know what's actually offered, that's pretty much it other than fresh fruit, granola bars in a bag. The furniture is extremely outdated in the rooms and suites. Sitting on the couch wasn't the most pleasant experience as the cushions sink so far down that you're sitting on the edge of the couch instead of uncomfortable cushions. Stains all over the couch and chairs make one wonder if they've cleaned the furniture anytime recently. Only half of the stoves burners worked. No silverware, no pots and pans, nothing for one to stay in the suite. Past stays have been very nice where these things were offered. The bed was comfortable and clean. Large bathroom. TVs are old and outdated. Very small.
So, one might get the impression that the owners of this hotel really don't want to spend any money on it and since I have the authority to recommend future stays for my other faculty of 9 or 10 people meeting rooms, I'm just not sure that I will be staying there unless it is a last resort. I do want to emphasize that the management was very nice and kind but when I asked for something, especially if there was problems with the air conditioner or anything, nothing was fixed. That bothered me and made my stay uncomfortable many days/evenings when it was hot outside. Beyond that, the hotel is a decent place to stay. But I would not pay $130 a night again for this very...
Read moreGM/Katie Patel responded to my post and review. I did email her 2 times and called but again, no response. this is the worst managers and I can not believe Jessica //calls herself a general manager/with no college or experience other than Walmart. lol. I will not stop until I get my money And my purse paid for. hope they have fired the thieves /maids/probably the rude and nasty "head housekeeper " so no one else gets their personal items stolen. and why would I have to use a safe for a purse???? I have stayed all over the US and not one time has anyone ever stolen my personal property, taken photos of my trash, not cleaned room and had the staff scream and yell at them the way these people did me and my daughter. this can and is not acceptable. if the new owners do not make major Changes this place needs to be shut down

Read moreThis hotel was disgusting! Had there been openings at other hotels, I would have left. We walked into the room and it had a strange smell. Later in the evening, I started sneezing and discovered a lot of hair on the floor. It was dog or cat hair. I even found two pieces of dog or cat food. The floor had not been vacuumed! I had no idea this was a pet friendly room. I would have refused to accept it as I am allergic to cats. I also found a huge dead spider attached to the wall that had to have been there for quite some time. There were also huge cobwebs in the corners of the room and the bathroom had balls of hair on the floor as well. The office chair had crumbs of food when we moved it out to sit down. I spent the night on the top cover of the bed as I did not want to even get in the bed. I lay there praying not to be eaten alive by fleas or bed bugs! I am so disgusted that 200+ dollars of my money went to stay in this room. I wish I would have left and slept in my car! This was unacceptable. We did not even want to eat the breakfast in the morning as we were just so disgusted by the condition of the room. Hard to tell how the food would have been. We have often stayed at Comfort Suites and they are normally immaculate that is why I chose this hotel. I feel I am likely not to return based on this terrible experience. We paid entirely too much money for an experience like this! I took pictures should any one in this company want to see the condition of this hotel. I think you would be shocked and disappointed,...
