Warsaw Lodging — Hotel in Warsaw

NOT WORTHY OF 89.00 A NIGHT IT SMELLS HORRIBLE!!! I let my husban book are room for two days why he was working in warsaw and THAT WAS THE WORST THING I COULD HAVE DONE!!!!! Let's see the hotel smells very weired.... The room is from 1870's the pillows are VERY USED NOT COMFY... THE BLANKETS SMELL LIKE BODY ODER.... THE TOWELS ARE STAIND UP.... THE TV IS VERY OLD..... THE BREKFEST IS FROZEN JIMMY DEANS SANDWICHES PANCAKE RAPPED IN SAUSAGES... ACTIVE YOGERT AND DOUNTS.. THE NIGHT TIME CLERK WAS OUTSIDE WALKING FROM ONE SIDE OF PARKING LOT TO OTHER TALKING TO HIS SELF AND THROWING HIS HANDS UP..... IT'S FAMILY OWN HOTEL THEY HAVE A YOUNG KID MAYBE 6 YEARS OLD THAT IS VERY VERY BAD.... ALSO A LADY WITH BLONDE HAIR N TATOO THAT WAS WORKING.. SHE WAS NOT NICE AT ALL..... THANK GOODNESS THIS WILL B ARE LAST TIME TO EVER COME TO HOTEL.... HOPEFULLY THEY READ THIS AND CLEAN THE PLACE UP.... GET SOME NEW BEDS PILLOWS. AND FLAT SCREEN 📺 TV'S PUT SOME MORE EFFORT INTO CLEANING THE ROOM'S..... THEN WE WILL RETURN ..JUST A ANOTHER THOUGH TALK TO PEOPLE LITTLE NICER THEN MAYBE U CAN MAKE SOME BUSINESS.. Good luck.... So i have too add to this....lol SO WE HAD TO STAY ANOTHER NIGHT DUE TO HOTELS IN AREA SOLD OUT... WE DID NOT GET HOUSEKEEPING BECAUSE U HAVE TO ASK FOR IT... NO BIG DEAL.. BUT I GO DOWN TO GET TOWELS....WOW.. THE DRUNK GUY THAT LIVES AT THE HOTEL FOR 10YRS FALLS INTO ME AS I'M STANDING AT THE DESK WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ME FOR 6MIN..... TO TURN MY DIRTY TOWELS N FOR CLEAN ONE'S HE TOLD ME HE CAN GET ME TOWELS HE HAS LIVED HEAR 10YRS HE KNOWS WHERE EVERTHING IS.... CREEPY.. I HEAD TOWRDS MY ROOM THIS CREEP IS N THE HALLWAY AS I'M WALKING BY HE TRYS TOO YELL AT ME BECAUSE I DID NOT LET HIM HELP ME... LOL.. SO I STAY IN MY ROOM THE REST OF MY NIGHT.. MY HUSBAN HAS GUYS THAT WORK FOR HIM AS ONE OF THEM CAME IN FROM 🚬... HE GRAB CUP OF ☕ COFFEE THE OWNER SAID THAT'S ONLY FOR BREKFEST....UMM .. THAT WILLB NASTY BY BREKFEST..LMFAO... LESSON LEARNED ON LETTING MY HUSBAN BOOK ARE ROOM.. GOOD LUCKY TO HOTEL HOPEFULLY THEY CAN CLEAN IT UP.... ONE MORE THING THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE HEAR PAY 31.00 NIGHT BUT PEOPLE FROM OUT OF TOWN U CHARGE 90.61 WHAT A JOKE... AGAIN...

If you care about personal security, go somewhere else. I encountered two huge security concerns.

First, the side door is always unlocked. The lock is broken and the staff knew this and warned me about it. They said it’s been broken for months.

Second, when I called to make a reservation the owner answered the phone. He asked for my name, address, phone number, and all of my credit card info. Including card number, expiration and SEC code. When I arrived three-hours later the paper he had written my info on,(yes, I said paper not computer) was laying on the reception desk in plain view of everyone. I was shocked! The front desk girl tries to make me feel less upset about this situation by saying “it’s really safe here,” but she had no excuse for the reckless disregard of my financial or personal security. I spent half the night watching my credit card activity overnight.

I would not stay here again. I’d rather have a smaller room or a less convenient location than feel like I need to sleep with a desk chair pushed under my door handle, yes, I did that. Stay away.

Update: I called the owners son/ manager to tell him about my issue with my credit card. He was rude, he yelled at me and hung up on me. I did not ask for a refund or anything. This guy is bad news. If I had met him first, I would have run...

This place as been horrible.. When reservations were make it was supposed to be a Super 8 and have a pool. When we got here, it wasn’t a Super 8, there was no pool and our reservations were not right. The reservations were messaged up multiple times and again once we got there to check-in. The beds were said to be 2 queens in one room and a king in the other. But all of them were full size beds.. they did end up giving us one free room because of them messing up our reservations.. but it still wasn’t right.

The beds were very low, hard and old. The so called handicapped room was not wheelchair accessible besides the shower. There was food and alcohol in our freezer of the mini fridge and it wasn’t even plugged in.

All other hotels were full because of graduation, but if one was open with a pool and higher quality we would have gone there. Too expensive for...
