I must say this place has gone down hill faster than Jamarcus Russell’s NFL career and it’s sad to see. The workers here should have a competition with their neighbors over at saladworks to see who can be the bummiest worker possible. If you order online here, whether it’s for delivery or picking up yourself, expect to wait 15-45 mins past your estimated time regardless of the amount of customers in the store that they’re helping as well. I’m not entirely sure what happened over the last couple of months, whether new management or policies were put in place, but it doesn’t seem efficient to me whatsoever. they also completely neglect online orders and continuously help customers that walk in the store until they have the smallest little break and then they might ask you what order you’re waiting on 15 mins after you’ve been there. so then they have to start the order, but wait! there’s more customers in line!!! and you end up waiting another 5-15 for yours to finally be completed. it’s like there’s no point to the online system whatsoever & they should consider not allowing delivery or pickup if it’s too much for them. there needs to be some kind of system to efficiently get online orders out while keeping the flow of customers in line going. I've never had an issue with this in previous years but it’s almost every time now I just have a miserable experience ordering from this place and i just leave the place angry or annoyed, never happy or smiling. not only is the wait time horrendous, but the quality and quantity of the food has drastically gone down and i’m starting to question if I should start driving to Chipotle for my bowl/burrito cravings. my meal from today was sickening, not in the actual sick way, but in terms of the amount of what you get and the missing items from my bowl. I was told one topping wasn’t available when I was there, which I was fine with, but ended up being even more disappointed and angry when I got home. I knew from the moment I left the store the bowl was going to be extremely mediocre because the last few times i’ve ordered from here it’s been just god awful. but when I got home and opened my bowl I saw basically half the thing full with every topping I ordered, no queso or guacamole, both of which cost extra lol and undercooked chips that were completely inedible and flimsier than a extremely thin sliced cheese from the deli. like okay? and? i’m just tryna to enjoy my meal after spending 1/72nd of my day in the moe’s store. I honestly think they should’ve just let me back there and allowed me to put it together myself. would’ve been way more efficient for myself and everyone else. they should also consider implementing a longest wait time hall of fame on the back wall with gold plaques and a picture because I might be up there a few different times so i’d like the recognition for being in the store. do...

Ok. I apologize in advance for the length of this review. I arrived at the restaurant about 8:15 pm. There was one person working the food station, who unenthusiastically said the mandatory greeting, "welcome to Moe's". He asked me what I would like to order, and I said three amigos(tacos), soft. He started out not even heating my tortillas, and I asked him if he was going to heat them, to which he replied it wasn't necessary. I told him that the people at the other Moe's in town always heat them, to which he replied that they don't at that Moe's. I then asked him to please heat my tortillas, and he actually rolled his eyes! Not even kidding. After reluctantly heating up my tortillas, he asked me which rice, and which beans etc. The beans were cooked down to the bottom of the container and we're not fresh at all. They looked like paste. In addition, I couldn't get everything I would have liked on them because the second half of the ingredients station was torn apart with containers out of the refrigeration, and the make board was stacked on the other one and it seemed not sanitary at all. Then I asked for the tacos to go, and asked that they be wrapped in foil, and then they sat on the back counter for almost ten minutes while another guy who had come from the back reassembled the second ingredients station. Finally, the second guy wrapped them and bagged my chips and queso. Also, when I got home with the tacos, one of them only had two small pieces of meat on it, which made me feel like they just didn't care about my order.

I am going to stick with going to the Moe's across town, even though this one is closer to my home. They actually are cheerful, and seem to care about their customers at the...

Customer service has went down quite dramatically, my most recent visit, I walked into a completely empty Moes, not 1 customer, not 1 employee present, I wasn’t greeted obviously and waited for almost a full 2 minutes before turning around. I started to walk out and an employee was hastily walking back into the store from outside. Alright cool, thanks for noticing and trying to get my order. Once the employee got inside, 2 more employees came out. I went through with my order and everything was fine. I am looking at the sign and advertisements about making it a meal. $1.99/ 3.99

I asked to make it a meal.. I was asked if I want the smaller sized drinks, I said that’s fine, thinking it would just be the extra 1.99 add on. I wasn’t asked if I wanted guac or Queso, just assumed I wanted Queso, I wanted to do one of each. Once I saw them in the bag, the “cup” of Queso I got was easily smaller than my hand and I saw the up charge of $4.38. I asked if it’s supposed to be like this for the regular meal or if I’m supposed to have the larger sized drinks and I was told “yeah, that’s why I asked you if you wanted them”

Customers who don’t give attitudes certainly never deserve them. I saw the up charge change from $4.38-4.78 now.. so I’m assuming the $1.99 charge is for kids drinks and a half a spoon of Queso on a napkin because I don’t know what else it could mean. It didn’t get explained to me and the attentiveness was barely existent… however, the reason it is getting 2 stars and not 1 is because the food wasn’t bad. I would enjoy it more with a pleasant experience as i am sure most...

We felt horrible after eating here. Very tired, horrible indigestion. Moe's is to McDonald's as Chipotle is to Longhorn Steakhouse. I wouldn't want to eat at Moe's again. I could tell the quality was far less than Chipotle. This was my second time eating at Moe's. I remember why I wasn't interested in returning. However, if I actually did have a choice between Moe's and McDonald's I would choose Moe's, so my comparison may be a little off. On a better note, they do have organic apple juice.

Gave us one small salsa cup for 2 people when we ordered 2. As for the chips they were all raw and crushed and there looks to be a quarter of the average amount of chips. One bag was literally ALL crumbs. The burritos were badly rolled and laid out. Several bites of JUST guac or JUST rice. Also abnormally spicy, found jalapenos in our food when it wasn't ordered. (We ordered online so you can see every topping you ordered.)
