Pizza Bella — Restaurant in Warwick

I do a lot of work inside the warwick mall, I started eating from this place and I really enjoyed the food, especially the pizza, very good! I dealt with the same man every single time. I would come in about every two weeks and I would always go and get a couple of slices of pizza for my lunch break! Today he was miserable, I walk up to the counter at 10am the pizza is sitting there on the hot table, ready to go! This guy doesn't even say hello to me even though I bought pizza from him many times instead, he just looks over his shoulder back at me and says " not open" " not open"! Then he turned and walked away from me! I have owned several restaurants and I would never treat anyone like that, I will never go back! I appreciate the response from the owner! Greatly wish that I could give it zero stars. I felt the need to share that the service given my the owner Sajo a few days ago was horrible. There are signs plastered on the menu boards, walls, counter, and display that read that pizza is 3.99 per slice and 10.99 for three. The young man infront of me got one slice of pizza that ended up being 4 and some change. I then grabbed 2 slices of the same pizza and my total ended up being 17.79. There is no way possible that only two slices added up to be that much when the man infront of my got one slice of the same pizza for much less. When I asked for the receipt he wouldn't give it to me and went to the next customer. Just to add, his spaghetti is broken up onto 2-3 pieces. Local Prov favorite that unfortunately was hit hard by the Coronavirus, and owner moved to Warwick Mall, still the same friendly owners if you ever had the pleasure of meeting them before.

Seriously this place is no joke!! With pizza diversity as rich as Rhode Island's -- Pizza Bella has a NY Style pie with the finesse of a Greek pie, something unique for a change!

I mean really, my 8 year old daughters favorite part of their pizza is their crust. We're told if we sit in the food court long enough, well get complimentary garlic bread delivered, where in RI do they offer customer service like this?? 🤔
