Johnny Rockets — Restaurant in Warwick

I would normally not opt for this restaurant over others in the food court, but it sounded good for some reason.

The person at the counter did not look up or speak until I got her attention. I ordered the tots, onion rings, and black bean burger. She said the burger came with lettuce and tomato and asked if I wanted a white bun or wheat. I opted for wheat.

We thought the tots and onion rings were good. My daughter also liked the shake she ordered. And then I saw my burger. I was pretty surprised with the wheat toast, playdough textured burger, and no spread or dressing. I was SO disappointed in this $8 "burger." I wanted to give a higher rating with the other food, but I just can't bring...

I dont even want to give any star to this place. Just because my kid loves to get fries then I had to go to this one as Burger King was closed down. This is my 3rd times came here n still got the bad service. No greeting, no smile, no anything! Today I was so mad as 1 waitress saw me came with my kids n we came right to the register for to go order. N that waitress who saw me just ignored me n went to the back. I looked n waited n none of them showed up. So I started to yell n asked who's gonna take my order? Then finally they showed up..with no smile still! I said this is my 3rd times got this bad service from this place! Shame on you! Better train your workers good before open...

Wow where do I start! If your not a 20 yr old guy you don't get a smile or a hello. I felt like i was annoying the waitress by my present. They order after we did and got their stuff before us then when she gave me my burger she threw it on the counter never asked if i was all set. She never came back only when we asked for the check then she slammed it on the counter. My burger had so many condiments on it that my burger was ice cold. I read all these comments this is an on going problem why hasn't anyone...
