So i walk in, everyone behind the desk looks at me as if they seen a ghost!! The young girl at the register seemed timid, or somewhat nervous. I go to place my order , and open an email to receive a free small pizza , i handed the girl my phone, the young lady ,and her teammate reviewed the email, the 2nd teammate gets the manager whom seem flust ered or bothered. He looks at the email agrees , and quickly walks away , so i then present the app i just downloaded to receive loyalty points , again gave it to the young girl and her teammate , once again they were unsure, and confused , non the less im sure they dreaded calling the manager over ... However again they call him over .. I handed him my phone, and in a condecending dismissive attitude he utters , this is a new system , we dont have scanners , ill need to call someone.. I replied "ok" thanks .. He drops my phone on the counter walks away as if my concerns were of no importance , now im pissed , if i hand you something , hand it back!! Ugh.. And to boot i was placing 2 separate orders , i placed one order the girl quickly walked away , i called upon her and politely said, " im sorry", i wasnt finished ordering!! Customer service was horrible, my loyalty points were totally disregarded, the manager could care less abt taking care of the customer in front of him. The entire time i waited for my lunch (15 min) wait he never followed up with me , or advised me with a customer service number .. I will NEVER visit this place...
Read moreOrdered a spinach calzone with mushrooms, pepperoni and extra cheese. Recieved a calzone with pineapple, cheese, pepperoni and mushrooms. It was a Wednesday during quarantine times and most likely busy, so it is understandable to have an order be wrong. Called to say that the calzone wasn't exactly what I had ordered. They said no problem and sent another calzone out to the house..great service. However after taking a bite of the spinach calzone, which did have spinach in it this time by the way, I noticed it had something else in it. Yup, pineapple again. This is after explaining to the young lady on the phone that the calzone should have been spinach, mushrooms, pepperoni and cheese...no pineapple.....who has pineapple with mushrooms and spinach? First time the order was wrong, an understandable oversight. To be wrong a second time in under 30 minutes for a reorder.....there may be quality control issues or a severe breakdown in communication between front of the house and back of the house. I don't have the confidence for there to be a third time. Would be 1 star, but I give 2 for the delivery driver being extremely courteous, respectful...
Read moreI usually go to the East Greenwich location which I've never had a problem with. I started going to this Warwick location as it is closer to my house. However, the experience is different across the board. The staff are predominantly kids who lack in customer service skills. One girl was rather obnoxious on the phone when I ordered and when I went to pick up the sandwich and took it home, I was very disappointed to find a messy cold chicken Parm sub that was soggy and the outside of the bread was all covered in sauce. The next time I went, it was a young guy on the phone when I ordered and he just hung up the phone abruptly after I put my order in. When I arrived for pickup, the crew were all hanging around joking with each other and my presence came off as a nuisance. My pizza had been just sitting out on the counter forgotten about so a girl went to cut it and instead of cutting it in the usual 8 slices, she cut it in 4 giant slices. Once I tried the pizza, the bread was hard and burnt. I've never had an experience anything like this at East Greenwich so I'll just...
