I gave this place 3 stars on behalf of the woman who I felt was trying to belittle me by telling me my breast size wasn't what I mentioned... I went in with a 25$ off coupon . I wanted to purchase a sports bra. The sports bra was 2 cup sizes bigger than my regular bra. Clearly she didn't know her stuff otherwise she'd know that their sports bra sizes are different from the regular bras. She had the nerve to tell me to go home and check my bra size. I know my bra size, I told her I had been in there to buy 2 new bras a month ago and got sized and had been wearing the bras. So I know my size. I felt disrespected, yet, I decided to write this review rather than flip out on her. I am also going to find a way to complain about her elsewhere. The other ladies were helpful as always. Sorry they have to get this rating on behalf of her. I ended up ordering a sports bra because the one I tried On was a little too fit for me. The same lady ordered it and when I got my bra yesterday in the mail,it was the same uncomfortable size!! I waited a week and don't feel like waiting again so I prob won't send it back. Instead I hope somehow it will lossen up on me...smh. I won't deal with her anymore. Wish I knew her name. Might've been the manager. When I GI again and I see her I will give her a piece...

I went into the Warwick, RI store today looking for a new pair of pants . I walked in an was immediately greeted by a lovely young lady Natalie. She offered her help in finding what I was looking for. She was so friendly and helpful , she got a dressing room for me and ran back and forth with various sizes to help me. Natalie went Above and BEYOND to help me. She soon found out that I had just lost a large amount of weight and she made suggestions that really fit my new figure well. I came out of the dressing room with an outfit that actually made me cry because I could see a figure I had not seen in some time. She offered a hug , and has now has made a very loyal client. What a fantastic experience! I went in with one goal in mind - find a good, comfortable bra - and my saleswoman knocked it out of the park. I thought I'd just try bras on until I found one I liked, but after she opened the dressing room door for me, the saleswoman made it her mission to make sure I left with the exact right bra. She measured me, spoke knowledgeably about the available bras, and explained to me why certain ones would be better for me than others. She then went and brought me some to try on (I never left the dressing room!) and kept going back to get more, she even helped me get adjusted. All without once making me uncomfortable. I have never been so satisfied with a shopping experience. I did not expect to get service like this at the mall. I will for sure...
