I try not to go to this location as their service sucks. There’s always only one car in the drive thru with a massive line at the speaker, but the person who’s sitting at the speaker is definitely not ordering. So the staff is just letting them sit there while they deal with the customer at the window, making the line wait (see the photos below as this happened last week when I stopped to get a frostie, obviously didn’t stay).
Today, I decided to stop on the way home from visiting a family member at Kent. I work in NK and go to the location down there frequently and the wrap is great. I was kinda craving it, so made a stop. The line wasn’t bad so figured I’d stick it out. Tell me why grilled chicken is STALE. And I’m reading the reviews and apparently this happens all the time at this location?? Also it was so poorly wrapped, a lot of it came out. I swear this rarely happens at the other location, but their chicken is also fresh whenever I come through so i guess Wendy’s are made differently....
Read morePlace is old and discussing. Workers are complete idiots and extremely lazy. Had to bring back my order 4 times before they got it right and watch another guy bring back his order 3 times. Got the cookie sundae that hardly had any cookie and ice cream in it looked at the kid when he gave it to take and said to him “is this a joke or just pure laziness?”, sadist part is management is just watching this happen, not even trying to help the employees, wicked sad. These people have the easily job in the world and I know from experience from having fast food jobs when I was 16, it’s awful to see people can’t even handle and do a simple job correctly and management is allowing it so all these kids will now struggle and be lazy when it comes to real jobs in the future if they even make it there. I work in the food business so I completely understand having a bad night, but there is no need to laugh at a customer for asking if you still have certain items on your menu! She also could not get my order right! I asked for a certain meal and asked for it to be large, I received a small fry with it and a small drink. She also did not tell me my total and told me to pull up. She opened the window and just stared at me! Some guy came over and gave me my food and told me to have a good night when I didn't even get my drinks yet! And they tried handing me a small drink from the meal, when I asked for a large! I am never going back to this location! I know customer service is difficult some times but when someone is nothing but nice to you and asks question, why laugh at them!
