Subway — Restaurant in Washington Charter Township

Placed an online order here today. They didn't say hello when coming in. I observed neither employee wash hands between customers. The cookies are very obviously days old at the least. Went to get my drink. Entire drink machine was flat. No carbonation whatsoever. I let the guy know so he could fix it and I could grab my drink. He poured himself a small cup, sipped it, told me it was fine. There is no carbonation in the machine.. I told him no its not. Didn't care. Told me to grab a bottled drink from one of the fridges just to get me out. Terrible service. Terrible sanitation. Terrible all around experience. I will not be returning or recommending until I see different faces in there. Absolutely ridiculous. It was bad enough that I, an extreme introvert, spoke up in the moment and placed my first online review. I give 3 stars for food simply because it's subways standardized system and difficult to mess up the basic sandwich when you give...

My daughter applied here for her first job and the manager was extremely rude and asked why she even bothered to come in because she didn't have the full menu memorized. That's obviously not a requirement, prior till moving to Washington township i loved subway but the service here, except for one young guy that works here, is awful and i have to keep reminding them what i want but they walk seem irritated at even being they're and not paying attention. This location is by far the worst subway I've been to. I go out of my way to go other places much farther away, no customer wants to be treated like a nuisance and when someone trying you get employment experience comes in and three nasty to them, it just proves my point. I don't see this location laying much longer with all the counters...

I went to this subway on 11/10/2020 and the girl working the counter was very rude. We tried to ask her how her day was going and she whispered a response and rolled her eyes. After she finished the sub before mine she put down the dirty knife on the counter then continued to close my sandwich with it after wiping it off on her hand, and there was the dressing from the previous sub on mine. When I was paying she grabbed my cup with her bare hand from the inside. This would’ve bothered me a year ago, but especially with covid going around they should be taking more precautions and at least make theirselves look like they follow the rules in front of customers.
