I was forced to cancel an order and pay for it again just because I came into the store early for an online order pickup. My original payment was $69.95 but because I came in store and you guys refused to let me just grab it and go despite it already being paid for online I had to cancel the order and pay $74 instead. There is no reason it should take your employees 2 hours to grab one video game off the shelf and bring it to your front counter, especially if I was able to drive 30 minutes out of my way to your store, go grab it myself and pay for it. Change your stupid online policies. If a customer comes in to pick up an item early, you should not make them have to cancel their item and pay for it again, or pay more than what they originally paid for the first time. I will never use your online ordering system again, nor does this make me even want to shop at a Target ever again. If a customer has already paid for the item and they show up early plus do your employees job for them,, just let them take the item they already paid for. Why make the process more difficult and piss off your customers. I have never had this issue ordering online from a store with any other company...

I don't mind checking myself out but the lines are unacceptable and especially us peeps with a few items. I also went in this morning only a little over an hour after they opened and went to starbucks and i witnessed the lady give a customer her coffee and shut the lights down and she told me sorry ma'am were taking a break and will reopen in 15 minutes. So i went and shopped and went to stand in line to pay and went back and they were still on break over a half hour later. I understand people need breaks but the store was only open for like 90 minutes at this point and it seems unacceptable to work an hour and take a break. When I went to another target I was told thatâs not true at all. More recently I had placed an order online using an online only gift card. After 2 hours I went in, grabbed the 2 products myself and brought them to the service desk and asked if they could just put it through since I was already there, and had the products in my hand. And was told that I had to cancel my entire order, and purchase in store, which wouldâve defeated the purpose of my gift card.
