I came here today after a long day of dealing with death in my family. All I wanted was to put something in my stomach. I've been here before && I know they usually mess up on my order (all I usually do is alter the order for a side of cheddar cheese). But today I came and the meat was sliced thick. So I went inside respectfully and requested my sandwich be sliced thin (the correct way). The woman on the front counter seen my sandwich, agreed that it wasn't made right, and proceeded to correct the mistake. Well, when she asked for it to be made right, the person making the food immediately began raising his voice and mocking me for my request (from back in the kitchen of course). The woman -i wish I knew her name- was arguing back with them on my behalf and letting them know that they made it wrong and I'm the customer so my request should be honored anyway.. all while the manager stood back and did NOTHING about the employee's actions. They made me feel like I was nothing and couldn't care less about the fact that I was standing right there. I told them they could keep it since I was being such an inconvence their day. Well the person on the table made the sandwich anyway and sent it up with a loud and smart-elic remark. I further tried to remain calm and tell them to just refund me and they could keep all of the food. The manager FINALLY came up with my money and tried to make up excuses as to why the individual acted the way he did. But not once did the manager do anything to the employee. I have never felt so disrespected over someone making my food incorrectly. After all of that, I was too upset to eat. You never know what someone is going through. Disrespecting someone for no reason is uncalled for and absolutely wrong. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. But i will be...
Read moreThese are my asue sauces for my French dip sandwiches I put the pen in to give reference it’s basically water and they weren’t busy the lady actually told me that she was the only mgr of that specific store and her boss the (GM I suppose ) said they could shut down at 9pm every night which they do religiously whether the drive through has a line or not . Friday I came through at a quarter till 9 and the young girl on the headset abruptly stated that there would be a hour wait on roast beef 🤔 a fast food chain devoted to but not limited to but in the end where’s the beef? So to end I went up there and they were more than happy to take the time to answer the drive through intercom because it dings in their ear and was told “hi welcome to arbys I do apologize but were closed “ and I replied “that’s fine but can I give you this brown water back and have the asue sauce I paid for ?” The reply from the mgr “ yeah it was probably the end of a pot , was is a little light ? I said “ light you can see the bottoms of both cups I come here every night I know what it’s supposed to be and how it’s made and what you most likely did . You had 1 left from whoever did the prep earlier today and instead of reaching 1.5 feet under your waist you made 2 cups from 1 small a hopefully I wouldn’t notice. If you’re that lazy with such a simple task how are we to know you do the essential things like washing your hands before you touch food or changing gloves so you don’t cross contaminate everything in the...
Read moreDue to proximity, I frequently order carry out through the Arby's website, then pick up in the drive through.
When the female manager is on duty, everything is immaculate.
When she's not, there are some minor annoyances. For example, multiple times, I've ordered a milkshake and been told the machine was down, or similar. Additionally, they will occasionally mix up which drink is medium and large, which isn't a big deal typically, but I often get a large lemonade and a medium soda, so having the two swapped, I only get enough lemonade to take two gulps. Hehe.
Lastly, two different times, I've ordered a cheddar bacon roast beef, without red sauce/Arby's sauce, and both times have received it with the sauce.
But, in spite of those shortcomings, they do...
