The restaurant operator did not contact me, some random manager from the store called and apologized. They added a random free drink and cookie both to be used in two weeks, so they expired before being used! This locating is deplorable.
Had the worst experience! Decided to try and get the app, and place orders. Did a catering order for the nuggets, and did a regular order for fries. Walked into the store at the time order said it was complete, The cashier couldn't find my orders at all. Took about 2 minutes to find my order, and she said to go to the pickup area. Went to the pickup area, asked if they were going to include mints, and they said sure. So then my order for the catering is done, and I look, and I'm missing sauces. I spent $110 on food, for about 12 people and they gave me six small packet total sauces which had three mayos and two Chick-fil-A sauces and one random Polynesian. For 12 people. So I kindly requested more and he said ma'am that's all we're allowed to give, and I said I just spent all this money and you're giving me six packet sauces? So then he begrudgingly rolled his eyes and gave me more packet sauces. so then I asked if they were going to provide mints, and then he provided me with six months and I said well can you give any more since I'm buying for 12 people and he said that's all I can give you. And I said I just spent $110 on food and you're giving me 6 minutes for 12 people. So then again he rolled his eyes and beat grudgingly got me a few more mints, I think the total was 8 mints for 12 people. And then I asked for status on the fries and the guys like well you didn't order fries from catering I said I know I ordered fries through the regular area and my fries aren't ready. So then I had to wait another four more minutes for the fries because they forgot to bring the fries up to me. What an awful experience! Honestly if I want my eyes rolled at me, I'll go to Subway or some other crappy restaurant. But we went to Chick-fil-A where the expectation is kind people. Unfortunately that is not the case for this restaurant. I tried calling the Chick-fil-A cares number, requested that the store owner or management contact me, and they did not the next day at all. Very disappointed in...
Read moreThis is the WORST Chik fil A that EVER existed, period. They took away the silverware and condiments because they "don't trust their customers not to take too many" quote from the male manager. When you personally ask them for absolutely anything, ketchup, fork, salt, pepper etc, they end up giving you legitimately one packet of salt, one packet of pepper and one thing of ketchup with one single fork. I'm with my autistic daughter mind you and we ordered a ton of food, $25 worth keep in mind. They give you the death stare like your a murderer they caught red handed when you ask for more like your the devil they were looking for, AHAH!!! WE GOT HIM GUYS!!! They also indulged an over weight lady that sat somewhere else because she didn't like me and autistic daughters conversation. Chik fil A had the kind officer escort us out and trespass us without asking us to leave which is ILLEGAL BTW. So they ILLEGALLY trespassed me for 2 years without warning and when the cop showed up I was eating my food or finishing it quietly like a gentlemen with my daughter. Nobody asked us to leave and we definitely wasn't talking loudly, we was republicans and I'm sure that had something to do with her disdain for our specific conversation and not with the volume or manner of conversation. She just didn't like republicans and she used the police to illegally remove me from the property and chik fil a was more than happy to let that happen without asking me to leave first. This chik fil a deserves a lawsuit and every manager working there deserves to be fired and sued personally. They are absolute tyrants that hate people and it's absolutely disgusting that a Christian restaurant would act like this and chik fil a is disgusting in general for allowing such terrible tyrant behavior at their Christian restaurant. The devil is inside this building in Centerville and thank God someone closed it down and hopefully it stays...
Read moreThis Chick-fil-A is not on it. Today at 1:50 PM, TR 48 for $38.31 we placed our order, 4 meals with sauces. Nothing to challenging in my opinion. When we got home to eat our lunch , once again this location has messed up our order. This time we were missing one of the four meals main item - the chicken. This makes the fourth or fifth consecutive time this location has errored in executing our order. Naturally, I went back to retrieve the missing item. I will say there was not a problem in getting the item from the restaurant. The issue for me is the consistent poor execution of getting a clean order through the process. This doesn't seem to me to be difficult a task to accomplish as other locations (Milford, Ohio & Sugarcreek, Ohio) are able to be nearly flawless. A person might think, "why don't you check your ordering before leaving." A valid point. However, we specifically asked the person passing out the orders if the missing item was in the bag. We asked because as the person read back the order, they left off the item we inquired about. It was clearly on the sticker receipt. The person assured us it was in the bag. In situations like this I rarely, if ever, accept any free items for the inconvenience. On this occurrence nothing more than a weak, customary apology was offered. This leads me to believe what I already suspect. Just another uncaring group of people going through the motion to get paid. The point of this long winded review is: 1) If you are like me and don't believe you should have to check the order at the window, you may want to consider going elsewhere for food. 2) If you must go here, make it a point, if you don't already, to check the order at the window and save yourself the aggravation of going through everything associated with recovering...
