Hey it's was VakenyimesDay, I'm a Chef I'm South Asian and I'm an 8 on Google The food was very average, buffet was difficult to get through, rice pudding was like sweet milk, the curry's were ok but no lamb. The biriyani was good. The family they hired familt & it was very unorganized. He said he owned 3 other restaurants; but that didn't help this one which has been open a week. You shouldve given each lady a rose goe Valentines. The dollar store balloons didn't cut it. They have a bar!!! Why not a signature drink? Americans like these alcohol & its more money for the restaurants. Where's the Ibdian beers? The Naan they kept running out of & the girls were passing them around and just getting in the way. Put it somewhere noticeable and let the people get it. Maybe some garlic & butter on it? At least 3 families constanlr asked for there silverware . Why not even sit people unless the tables are ready? You can be a family run place but let's not look like it. These people that where Caucasian may have thought the food was good but how often have they eaten Indian food in India? The girls that worked need serious training and some upkeep .I'm sure they will do well. I just wanted at least Aiurh Indian food and some decent rice...
