I like this new location it seems easier to access with better parking. Qdoba's new location is much larger in size with more room to dine in. Upon entering this location is very clean/well lit with a brief menu. Just to enjoy not having to anticipate a long wait is always a plus. We were greeted as we entered this fast casual restaurant. Qdoba's staff is very friendly/and attentive. Most of all, if you're a guac lover there isn't any additional charge for the first two scoops! Overall we were pleased my sons cheese quesadilla didn't make it in the picture collage! S's/O to Groupon for offering a special of $20 for $10!

I'm sitting outside and it's more than 10 minutes before close... yet the doors are locked. Ever since covid, companies think it's okay to do this... post their hours as being one time and then close up shop early. It's not. For the owner, It's June 5th on a Thursday, 2025. That should give you an idea of what employees are there right now. They actually laughed when I came up to the door... not that I'm offended by it, but it just shows the quality of employees that you've hired.

The customer service was on point. The staff was very kind and courteous. The transaction was quick and the place was not over crowded. Food looked great..I was even persuaded to buy a quesadilla that I didn't need lol I didn't have to beg for more toppings because the portions given were just right. The environment was clean, well lit, and the advertising table drew my attention. The quesadilla could've been better but wasn't horrible. I'll be back to this location in the future.

I ate here with my boyfriend, and the guy that helped us was incredibly rude. He wasn't wearing a name tag, (he had longer brown hair and was wearing his hat backwards). Every time we asked for another ingredient like sour cream or cheese, he would roll his eyes and we had to yell because he had his headphones in so if we said anything in a normal voice, he didn't hear it. He dumped a LOT of Pico on my taco and I tried to stop him before he kept going, but he either didn't hear me or ignored me, but either way I ended up asking for him to take some off and he did that poorly also. We both work customer service; headphones are for back of house jobs, not when you're sole role right now is talking to customers. Its impressive how many times you can roll your eyes in a single interaction when you are not being asking for anything outside your job description. How do you expect to keep business if you're employees act like that and people don't want...

We ordered food ahead of time to skip the line, wish we didn't. Watched someone get a bowl made and it was well made, no skimping ingredients and looked nice. When I get to mine and look at it, it looks like a child's sized meal. Barely filling up half the bowl. On top of that, it was 70-80% rice and barely any chicken.

When I brought it to the attention of the workers, I was met with a flat "We do not differentiate between online and in-person orders." I watched another bowl be made while I was at the counter and can tell you that statement is false.

On top of the poor size of the meal, the Chicken (Cholula Hot and Sweet Chicken, not the regular) itself was dry and flavorless. Not something you'd expect from one of the more expensive proteins...

This is a great economical lunch option to Hot Head or Chipotle and unlike the Hot Head in Centerville who nickel and dimes every last addition to your order, they are very acommodating with extras to a reasonable limit. This specific location also has friendly, courteous employees and a very clean and well maintained dining area. I'm only knocking off the score a bit because they seem to consistently have hard, undercooked (or dried out?) rice mixed in with fresh batches and it's always a russian roulette whether I bite down on a rock hard piece or not. They also barely cook the fajita veggies to the point of them being nearly raw. If they fixed those two pet peeves, I'd happily give...
