I don't know what is happened to this location. We used to eat here all the time and it was wonderful! Now, I will be sure to avoid this location. I just finished eating the worst $12 breakfast I've had. First, I arrived 2 minutes after their estimated time it would be ready and called for curbside pickup. Ten more minutes later, I gave up and decided to go in to see what was going on. I waited while the worker finished packing a different order before he asked if he could help me. I explained that I came inside to see if my order was ready yet (at this point 18 minutes past the estimate given on the website). He still had to finish getting things for me order. Finally, 20some minutes batter arriving I finally got my order and took it home. While unpacking, I saw a weird substance on one of the containers (see picture). Despite that we were so hungry we decided to continue to eat. The sausage was barely cooked enough. The eggs seemed to be far less than we usually receive from the Woodman location. My sausage gravy container is filled far less than would be expected and I usually receive (see other picture) and the biscuits are hard. My son actually threw away his eggs. His said he tasted one bite and they were so bad that he "wanted to throw up". (See picture). I don't even und how one can make scrambled eggs that bad! I very disappointed in every meal (3 total) from this order at this location. So while I recommend Bob Evans in general, I definitely recommend using a different location than this one. Perhaps it's just an off day for them, but it was bad enough I won't be giving this location another try. I'll stick with Woodman where I know I will get good food, ready at the time they promise. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 simply because I know other locations are good. This particular location deserves negative...
Read moreNice place, well kept up, clean, staff is friendly. We ordered, breakfast. The food was hot and fresh and it looked good, however, it did not taste very good. In addition, my Dad ordered biscuits with his breakfast and the server brought him banana bread. She was quick and was gone before we could tell her. Honest mistake, these things happen. She didn't come back, we waited, we could see her serving other customers, it was busy as it was the Sunday afternoon rush. I finally walked up to the p.o.s. station and explained to her our delimma. She apologized , and assured us that she would get the biscuits soon, and she did, when she brought the biscuits my Dad asked her for a refill on his coffee and she said she would bring him some. She also offered a box for the banana nut bread. A couple minutes later she dropped off the box but brought no coffee. We finished or meal at this point and were ready to leave, she again did not come back. Finally, we asked another waitress at the p.o.s. for our check, sure printed it out and we...
Read moreDon't bring kids. I know BE promotes itself as family friendly, but that did not come across when we were there. We brought out 3 daughters after church and was told there was a 20 minute wait. After an hour, our kids were very hungry so we asked about our spot in line. They said it was going to be more than another 10 or so minutes. We ended up having to leave and go somewhere else. I understand being short staffed and having long wait times. I don't understand missing your estimate by almost 40 minutes. If they would have told us the honest wait time, we could've gotten the kids squared away by going somewhere else sooner. Instead we had a miserable afternoon spending the day at a restaurant we never even ate at. I honestly believe with how many people were leaving that they just didn't want us to go and miss out on more business. They instead hurt their business anyways and convinced me that bringing my family here in the future is a terrible decision. Families that have kids and need to stick to a schedule- DO...
