Bobby D's — Restaurant in Washington Township

I've ordered from this establishment several times and I've always been satisfied however tonight is a totally different story. I ordered a cheesesteak sub, bacon cheese frys and mini tacos. The food was delivered in a timely manner but they didn't give me anything for the frys or tacos. No salsa or sour cream. I called bobby ds and needless to say it got me no where so i figured oh well. I go to eat my food and the mini tacos were burnt to the point that it hurt my teeth trying to eat them. I tried to eat the frys but when i went to pick one up, the whole glob came up. They were soggy and nasty. I called back out to bobby ds and a man answered the phone. I told him the reason for my call and he immediately got an attitude and told me not to order again if i don't like the food. I tried to explain to him that I've been ordering from them for a while and I've never had an issue but he didn't want to hear it. He told me that the food was cooked properly and he's not willing to do anything to make it right. As far as I'm concerned bobby ds needs a lesson in customer service and the guy i talked to the 2nd time really needs to check...

This is my first time ordering food to be delivered to my home, and I was very satisfied. I ordered a medium Bobby D's special pizza 🍕and the mini tacos🌮. Both were hot & delicious when I received it. The pizza was loaded with pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, and was supposed to be green peppers but I asked them to substitute Xtra cheese instead of the green peppers. The mini tacos had a crunchy shell and warm beef filling inside, and was surprisingly delicious. I bet they would be good loaded with cheese & salsa (next time) 😋. I recommend ordering from Bobby D's, the staff were very professional and courteous. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it took over an hour ( 75 mins) for delivery. They did tell me it would be 45-60 mins. Regardless, this is a busy establishment and I will definitely still patronize here. This place used to be really good. Then the owners changed and it's been downhill ever since. To the point where I can't eat the food. I ordered a salad and I had hair in it that wasn't mine, their new "cheese fries" are just old, melted, hard cheese to the point where they're so hard and stuck to the container they are inedible.
