Just went through the drive through. Attempted to order an iced coffee (which was plainly posted on the lunch/dinner menu at 3:48pm). The woman taking the order told me they only offer coffee in the mornings with breakfast. I thought this odd, but continued with my order, asking for a "Spicy Lettuce and Tomato" which was again posted plainly on the menu. Both items even had glorious photos of the products, which I can only assume are meant to entice me into ordering them. The order taker argued with me saying whatever I was ordering wasn't on the menu and to "just read the board". I READ THE BOARD again. Only for her to laugh at me and say that what I was ordering didn't exist. I truly felt as though they were playing some childish prank on me. I likely over-reacted at this point, using a few choice words of exclamation. But please note, these weren't insults being thrown at anyone, just expressions of frustration. "Should I take a f$%&ing picture and show it to you?" The order-taker then tells me I must leave, that she won't be talked to in such a way, and that she will call the police. I swiftly leave the drive thru line and enter the building. She had no interest in hearing what I had to say. However I have the picture of the menu that says EXACTLY, WORD FOR WORD, what I requested and was laughed at and called crazy for.... so I if you can't read and don't mind being laughed at while making an extremely simple order, I suggest going elsewhere. If you like to be insulted, laughed at, and then kicked out empty handed for sticking up for yourself.. WITH PROOF... then you'll...
Read moreStopped in on my way home from work for a quick meal, unfortunately it was everything but. There were 3 cars in drive-threw in front on me but it took 25min from order to pickup. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwich’s with no lettuce and cheese and a value fry, as I left I went to start eating and realized that instead of getting the spicy sandwich I got regular, which is no big deal but then as I bit in I bit into lettuce. Surely it was a mistake so I grabbed the second sandwich and I wrapped it and it was the same mistake. At this point I had become slightly annoyed reached for my dry and there were literally 6 fries in the bag. I turned around and decided to go back in and just ask for it to be made correctly surely not a horrid thing to ask. It took 10 min for someone to acknowledge me at the front counter so when I was greeted I promptly just asked for a refund. The manager walks up takes my card and receipt and disappears for almost ten minutes then proceeds to tell me she can’t find my order therefore can’t refund me my money. I asked for her to give me my card and never mind and it got met with a very rude and brash response of Not my problem. Very disappointed in the visit. I know the store is newer but that doesn’t give the staff the...
Read moreUPDATE😔 BELOW: First time back under new management/ownership. 👏🏻WELL DONE!! We drove-thru and Brendyn did a great job taking the order (would only suggest he repeat the order after taking. Other than that, he is a blessing to this business)! The team that got the order together didn't miss any items and ALL items were correctly made. Excellent customer service rarely runs people off.😉 Thank you! We are glad it has been purchased and reopened! We hope this continues and BK stays in Centerville. 🤜🏼🤛🏼
9/6/2024 - What happened? 😔 We spent 15 minutes in the drive-thru. I think we would all love to know what is causing this business to perform so poorly. Where is the owner and top management team? Why is there only one sweet girl doing the order taking, running and presenting on a Friday night? Are there not enough employees? And to the owner, what happened? I mean this as no insult, but should you study under someone who might know how to run a fast food restaurant? Kenny, just on the other side of Arby's, at McDonald's, has been in management for decades and knows absolutely beautiful customer service. Please figure this out, because the community...
