Food is good, baklava amazing, but I probably won't be back for the following reasons: It took them 45min to complete my small carryout order of a small salad, a grilled chicken 'skewer' meal, one wrap, and pre-packaged baklava; and, it wasn't for a shortage of staff. The kitchen was full of hardworking people, and I probably watched them make over 50 wraps with an efficient, assembly line style of food prep. The food was good, but certainly not worth the $60 that I paid. The menu is vague, with no description of ingredients or pricing, and without English translation for most, which is fine, if they only intend to serve their cultural niche. Most concerning was that when asked, they couldn't/wouldn't tell me what ingredients were in the pink sauce, which can be lethal for anyone with food allergies. Luckily, the lady let me try it, but I didn't care for it, and they mistakenly put it on my wrap anyway. My kid didn't like it, so I had to trade him for my plain grilled chicken. Again, HIGH RISK for anyone with food allergies, considering mistakes happen, as well as potential for cross contamination. The prices. The baklava is only $7.99 for a variety pack, which is on the average to low side. $7.99 for a tiny salad of just lettuce is outrageous. 3% "service fee" on the already overpriced menu??? $25 for what was pictured as 3 chicken skewers with fries, but the chunks of chicken were just messily tossed in there with fries dumped on top and other stuff mixed in like a tossed salad, and no clue how much chicken was even in there. Thankfully tasted OK, but not as appetizing or esthetic as pictured, and the pickled vegetables would have been better on the side like the picture, since my son didn't care for them. $12.99 for a grilled chicken wrap might be worth it, if they would tell you what all goes on it when you order (lady wouldn't), so the only customization I could do was decline pink sauce, which they put anyway. The wraps look delicious, and probably would be phenomenal, if I had known what was all was on it, so I could omit...
Read moreReally disappointed to even have to leave a bad review on this place, but I came here with a friend & there was only one table in the entire place & they were already eating. We ordered our food (lady who took the order was so nice & kind) it was INSANELY EXPENSIVE! So we expected it to be so good, we waited 43 minutes for our food. During this time my guest & I counted 12 employees. The manager came & made herself food, went outside to eat & by the time she returned we were still waiting for our food, looking around, she noticed us & said nothing. Finally at the 40 mark I kindly asked what the deal was? & they just told me ‘we’re working on it’ finally 3 min later our food comes out. Lukewarm. Small portions with a boat load of fries. We ordered 3 things (only 1 meal everything else was just the sandwich) & it was 70$. Food was not good, chicken dumb sticks were tasty but not worth 21$ for FOUR tiny double sticks. My guest & were extremely kind & respectful we just noted to ourselves we’d never come back- I began leaving a review while we were there & looking at what others had said about it- & one of the employees walks behind me & notices me doing it. He then decided to apologize for the wait & for serving people after us. We were almost done with our meal when he said something to us….. I really wanted to like this place!!!! But if you’re looking for a REALLY YUMMY chicken wrap go to FOOD STREET! Literally been there 100 times & the quality, service & price is SPOT ON every time!!! Don’t waste your money here, if one thing was good I’d admit it. But it’s just greedy people with mediocre food & service. Don’t...
Read moreTried this restaurant with friends dont get me wrong the food was amazing but my only issue and im pretty sure everyone agrees with me on this is that the prices are very expensive i ordered the signature chicken sandwich and the kebab sandwich it took 20 minutes for the food to get ready which is i guess fair but the thing is it was only me and two of my friends in the whole restaurant i was charged $30 dollars for two sandwiches and when i asked if it came with pink sauce the cashier gave me a weird look and said no, now for the price that im paying you would expect to get at least a drink or something but they wouldn’t even offer the little cup of sauce for free, they also made a video on instagram responding to people’s feedback telling them that the prices are not expensive and i wrote a comment saying that they are overpriced but they kept deleting my comment the same way they deleted their google reviews in their opening week and when i kept commenting they responded aggressively instead of taking my feedback like any other establishment would do and try to better themselves and we kept going back and forth on replies just to end up deleting my comment again here’s a photo of the conversation that took place on instagram. Farooj abo alabed please better yourself and listen to your customers instead of attacking them and responding sarcastically thank you 👍🏻 Edit:They just replied again to my “hidden” instagram comment saying that im terrible at math… lol thats so...
