Juice Time & Papa Kanafa — Restaurant in Washington Township

I wish if have option of giving zero I would give them zero.We went their to get viral chocolate fruits,🍉 first it was so expensive $15 dollars a piece and a small size and second I asked them to pack it was Togo order they charge the sales tax when I told the girl standing in front that on to go their is no tax in Ohio specifically the pastries then she didn’t have the answer then she said it’s the same price tax either here or to go when we argue on that and told her we are business prison too we know about that tax thing it’s not their then she went inside talk to someone then she charged 3% service charges like seriously the pastries were already frozen and they did only put in box for that service charges seriously they are looting people be aware everyone don’t have tax and should not be service charges...

The worst experience ever! I have no idea how these people run this place. It took 2 hours and 30 minutes to get my order. When I complained, they sent someone to explain that they hired new people and are training them — but you just opened two days ago! Shouldn’t that training have happened before opening? Sorry to say that but me and my friends had very bad experience today We were the only people at the place and we wait over 45 minutes for our konafa Then I just decide to leave the place and I told the employ I don’t need the money that’s I paid and I don’t need the order no more cuz there’re over 5 people working there and idk what they were doing 😑 Again I’m sorry to have bad review but for real the place need better management I wish they will focus more on them job so they will avoid this...
