I'm a regular when it comes to Jersey Mike's, but this location has unfortunately become too unreliable to continue to support. Never have I had issues from the Powell location like we've seen from this newer Sawmill/Dublin location. The past 2 visits (both mobile/app orders) have been very similar experiences.. Arrive on time to pick up when the order is supposed to be ready, just to sit there and wait.. and wait.. with little to no acknowledgement from the staff. Only to end up finding out the my order had been ready on time and sitting on the back counter rather than the online order pickup shelves. The staff each time have seemed completely uninterested in assisting their customers. And the food each time has become more and more disappointing. I certainly hope that this location can improve to the standards of what I've always known Jersey Mike's to be.. until then, I'll drive further for...
Read moreToday I spent an hour and ten minutes waiting for my online order. I ordered one regular sub, a salad, and a kid’s meal. During my wait it started storming and the ceiling inside the restaurant was leaking horribly where they make the subs. I did check my order before I left and noticed they didn’t give us the drink cup, so I asked for it was told “yeah, just get it yourself.” I got home and realized they also did not put the cookie in the bag, and gave us the wrong salad and also didn’t put anything on the salad. Overall this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant, and will never come back to this location. When I arrived, there were 2 workers and a line of people. I asked about my order and was told “it’s not ready yet. We are short -staffed”. I was then ignored for 15 minutes as they worked the line. I understand they were busy, but I would have gotten my order faster if I had gotten in line. The online orders were not being made. They should have suspended online orders until they were caught up. I asked again about the order and the girl snapped at me, “ I’ll make yours next honey”. Of course the order was wrong.
