Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Washington Township

Try to order pizza online and via text. Neither system was working so I called and I just started with a conversation with I tried to order but neither one of these systems are working the gentleman that answered the phone very rude. Rode through the whole conversation and when I called him out on it he told me that I marted him with a lot of questions I did not explain that the stuff wasn't working was why I was calling in. I know how busy they work and I know how busy they are so I hate doing something like calling when I don't have to but there's system never seems to work. I was going to order pizza for my entire staff today but because of his rudeness and activism I'm now going to have to go to japoltlay instead rude very very rude. Ordered a pizza online on beggars night - the money was debited from the account and a few minutes later a text message was received that the order was cancelled because the store was closed. Weird because online ordering was available with no disclaimer they weren’t filling online orders.

We called the store and the associate just said they aren’t taking online orders because of how busy it was although they had debited the account and we would have to order again and have the money taken out twice to be refunded one of the charges in a few days... no specific timeframe.

A little ridiculous to have NO disclaimers and just collect money from anyone ordering online to cancel their order. No apologies,...

I was surprised how great the pizza and service was! My boyfriend and I went to get pizza and salads. I am vegetarian and they had quite a bit of options. Their veggie pizza was so good! Everything tasted fresh and the pizza wasn't too greasy. I really liked how the veggies and cheese on top were a bit charred, but the bottom wasn't over-cooked and burnt (I hate that). This is coming from a person who is not the biggest fan of pizza typically. The guy that rang us up was so nice and I can't even remember a time when I had good service at a pizza shop honestly.
