Classics Sports Bar — Restaurant in Columbus

We've been to this place multiple times since it's close to work. Customer service has never been their strong suit, but last night was a new low. We came in with a wedding party for an after reception festivities. The bar wasn't busy, yet it would still take 15-20 minutes to get a beer. Mind you we sat outside and came in to order beers periodically. Bartenders were more interested in talking to each other and their regulars then helping everyone else. The "highlight" of last night's customer service was when my boyfriend asked for his last beer and a tab, the beer was grabbed somewhat quick but after running the tab the bartender kept talking to his co-worker. After twenty minutes of waiting, my boyfriend got frustrated and made a comment of how long will it take to get the credit card slip. This apparently worked on getting the bartender's attention, who came over and actually yelled at him for being "inpatient" (We had a whole group waiting outside!!!) and how dare he complain since he had a full beer in front of him! Never before have we experienced being yelled at by a server/bartender for asking for a tab and then not receiving it 20 min later due to their personal conversations that were happening 5 ft away. Unacceptable, never coming back and discouraging others...

Service is a joke and the bartenders are rude. Told me to please not to come back just because I was assuming someone was going to ask me if I wanted a drink. Evidently, I was supposed to go up to the bar to order my drink.tried to explain that I didn’t know that. I sat there for 20 minutes and finally made eye contact with the bartender when she asked me if I wanted a drink. I then displayed my dissatisfaction with the service when she immediately got rude and obnoxious with me guess I’m old school. The place is a your typical run of the mill un efficient bar run by a bunch of kids I really wonder why I waste my time on these worthless reviews. Just for the record I very seldom spend the time. But boy the attitude of those bartenders really irked the shit out of me. If I owned this bar I sure wouldn’t have a bartender who treated a paying...

Few different bar games which include 2 dart machines, basketball, 2 pool tables and I think a golf game too. They also have a touch tunes that has a constant stream of music. Nice patio out back with a ton of tables in the summer time and in the wintertime they wrap it and have heaters. Sometimes on busy days in the summer they have corn hole out on the exposed patio too. Large selection of liquors, decent amount of beers and ciders. Tap beers are seasonal crafts and also some domestics. It’s a nice neighborhood bar with good prices.
