Many times stores are out of the Frosty but it's summertime so the projected daily sales are too low. That's my only issue.
The Biggie Bag is the best testing value in town. Fast food is surprisingly expensive now but Wendy's is brilliantly executing a "tasty but not costly" marketing plan. The Biggie Bag commercial got our attention so when out and about it came to mind first. So catchy I was humming it all of the time, and just like the actress in the commercial I was appreciating it somewhat like an actual song.
It does not go unnoticed either that it's promoting diversity in its workforce via those commercials. That matters. Shotty and frustrating customer service is somewhat expected so ff chains need all the positives it can possibly offer. Viable bang for the buck is the key for fast food survival today with so many delivery options. Covid did that. The price differential of a next tier eatery is not a vast one and doesn't matter to us when we're hungry. So if we're doing ff, it's got to be on point. Wendy's is on point.
Menu options are fantastic and without senseless new product intros. I wanted to try the strawberry Frosty because the chocolate is so good. I wanted to try the bourbon burger. Both were excellent though the original Frosty is best. We always expect the original to be best but a tasty option drives additional sales. And it's still cheap. With everything around us going through the roof, price matters.
FYI - My name is Gayanne Spivey not Lorraine like this says. It came to my email so that's weird unless financial info matters. We take turns paying but we're...
Read moreWent through the drive thru around 115pm on 1/18. I pulled a nugget out to start eating before I left the drive thru. There were hairs wrapped around my nugget meal. I asked the girl in the drive thru for new fries and nuggets since they were all together in a bag. I’ve worked in the food industry for years and hair happens. I get it, but I was also grossed out by the thought of hair wrapped in my food. She handed me one single nugget. I asked her to get me a new bag of food just because I was grossed out by it. I said It was no biggie as long as I got a new meal. She snatched the bag from me and screamed to her coworkers that I wanted a new meal. Pretty sure they handed me the same bag back but whatever. I said thank you so much have a good night. The girl looked at me in the face and looked over at her coworker and said in a squeally, sarcastic voice “thank you have a good night”, when I turned to the drive thru window to ask ??? they were waving me to keep driving. My husband ultimately went inside to ask why they felt the need to be that way toward us and asked for a manager. They said they don’t have one. He asked for corporate number and they said they don’t know what that is. Look, realistically, hair happens. It’s no biggie. But the principle of the fact was- I was polite and they’re a bunch of sarcastic and snobby children(adults) with poor mannerisms. I don’t typically leave reviews, rarely leave negative reviews, and even more rarely get fast food but I just don’t get how you can be nice and understanding to someone and they act a fool right to...
Read moreGirl who took the order and the money was very rude. The menu was dark and I couldn't see it and she was talking trash talking about people are driving out of line because of you. She didn't have to be so rude! She definitely should not work in customer service. I understand that she's pregnant but I'm a waitress and I used to waitress when I was pregnant and I would never treat customers like that. I'll never come back to this Wendy's again. Every time I go there my food is missing and the french fries are always cold. I keep trying to give them a second chance because it's right up the street from my house thinking that the food will get better but it doesn't. I got home and one of my sandwiches was missing and the fries were cold. I spent $40. I did not get a receipt and the customer service was horrible. The pregnant girl that took the order and the money was so rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. The girl who gave me my food was very kind but our food was cold and disgusting. I paid all that money and I'm missing food. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will definitely be reaching out to upper management or Wendy's corporation to let them know that they need to teach their employees customer service or hire people that actually want...
