Anytime we are in the Puyallup(South Hill) area, we stop at Cafe Elite! Since we come down from Seattle somewhat infrequently, it was such a surprise when the barista not only remembered us, but our drink orders as well (and mine is slightly complicated! The visit started off just fine and the gal working was friendly. When time to pay she knocked over one of the three drinks and it splashed all over my car. The only thing she said was a swear word in front of my children. She still charged me full price and poured the remaining coffee into a smaller cup. A simple apology or acknowledgment of the coffee splattered over my car would have been nice.
