They really make me dislike chipotle let’s start off by the line was so long it took me about 35 mins before I could order because they only had one person working ! Doing online orders and store orders. Also on top of that the unpleasant attitudes I always receive and it’s not from all of them ..I can say the one that’s always on the register she’s very friendly.. the lady idk if she’s a manger but she needs to work on her attitude I can understand it can get hectic with the crowd but you still have to learn how to still Have good customer service skills .. there was also an incident where one of the workers took food off my plate instead of letting me keep it and put it back because she gave me like 3 extra piece of chicken smh ..now I been holding out doing this review for a long time thinking they would change .. but today was the last straw! But you know what I would say one good thing the food is ok but one time I had crunchy rice which means not all the way done but other then that the food be good that’s why I gave 2 star but they just need to work on the...
Read moreI enjoy the food at this chain, and this review is not about the meal. It's that I didn't have one - by choice I might add. Saturday the 14th of July, I went to get food on my break. The line was long but moving. As I got up to the front, there was a young man making food who clearly had some issues. As I watched him for a few minutes, he banged pots, threw things on his station, and was boiling over with some frustration. It wasn't transient and seemed to get amplified as we waited in line. Finally he started motioning as if he was talking to himself, and threw things even more. At this point I left. Everyone noticed his outbursts, and frankly I didn't want someone boiling over with anger making my food. His co-workers were doing their best to ignore him but he was making a point of being seen. Angry man. Bad food. So I avoided it...
Read moreI really don't know where all these good reviews are coming from, because this is the worst Chipotle location in DC, hands down. They compromise quality for speed in a big way, and they are not real friendly about it either. There's little things like turning a bowl upside down to put it in a bag rather than taking the .05 seconds it takes to turn the bag to keep the bowl right-side up (this is a Chipotle basic, guys!), to bigger things like seriously shorting people on scoops. No, I don't want double meat. I want the rest of the meat I'm paying for that came spilling off the spoon because you are moving too fast. And being busy is not an excuse, because two of the other locations I frequent throughout the week are just as busy if not more, and they hit all of these basic points of service, and with a...
