Hey my awesome House Heads! Fort Reno park was wet! Cool in the shade hot and wet in the sun! The DJs list was simply perfection. I danced until my knees said no. Great people , music, dancers! Repeat this Saturday 11 a.m. till dusk Fort Reno Park if you like to dance and they're like to dance the good music that would be the place to be the other thing is if you ever went to the Paradox to any of the house music parties Fort we know is right in line with that last Saturday we have live entertainment it was just amazing live singing and dance and all that kind of thing so come on out have a good time when you little snacks and whatever else you like to have when you're out relaxing and enjoying good music come on out and share the park with us this Saturday for trento Park DJs top-of-the-line great sound great dancing come out...

Living in a big city it is difficult to find good quality and safe hills for sleigh riding during Winter. Ft. Reno Park has this great hill that can handle dozens and dozens of people sliding down without running into each other.
The view over Tenleytown is great and the slope is medium (not too mild, not too steep).
Next time there is a wintery snow in DC, get yourself and your kids over to this park and have some fun!

Read moreThis is a great space for running around in open fields with occasional trees on hills at the Nebraska side. There is a little league baseball field, a soccer field for kids, and a platform for free concerts in the spring and summer time. There is a water treatment plant that doesn't allow visitors, but the brick architecture is lovely. One of the towers at the water treatment plant is actually meant for relaying microwave signals. The back of Ft. Reno, along Belt Street, has a steep hill which is perfect for sledding...
