Typically order to go, occasional errors, not too often. Decided to dine-in. Two occasions had the same waitress, Chris. First occasion, our orders came out over an hour after ordering, when asked why our order arrived after a couple that was seated after us, we were told the kitchen is chaotic, she could do nothing; All around poor attitude when waiting on us. Assuming she was having a rough day, we left it alone. Went back 12/12/18, same waitress, ordered 9oz steak well done, came out pink. Sent it back, when I received it back, the steak was still pink. Rather than sending it back a second time I chose to speak with the manager to get it removed from my bill. Chris said the manager was busy being the head chef, so she sent over the lead waiter. Very friendly, offered to remove steak, he was apologetic. Chris came back to the table making snarky comments, handed me the bill. At no point did she ask us to cut our steaks to make sure they are cooked to expectation during our visit, nor did she ask how the bill should come. When asked to split the bill, she did, but messed up the orders. When confronted she snarkily said, "Cant you just switch around a few dollars?" We all were paying with cards. After 3 attempts at getting our checks correct, she got it (discounting others bills by mistake). I've never been more disappointed in a restaurant experience, moreso unprofessional waitress. Read moreOn 07/05 around 7pm my family came here with our 3 children. We were sitting behind a group of 7 people and this group of adults were talking about sex, cussing and other innappropriate content for the entire dining area to hear. We had asked the waitress twice to get a manager and have this group not talk like this in a family setting but also because my 4 and 5 year old children could hear every word they were saying as well as talking about special needs which i took offense too as i have a special needs child. Their watress asked them to be quieter and they proceeded to ask which table snitched and she told them because she knew who these people were. When she told them they proceeded to talk about my family in which the situation was not handled in any proper manner because it wasnt until i came in after i had paid my bill and left a trip and spoke with the general manager. The waitress had to have them be quiet no manager handled this. Im very disappointed in how this was handled and they let it go on for at least 30 minutes. I wasnt necessarily offered an apology just more of an irritated in sorry due to how busy they were and having to step away from their area and because me and my husband complained twice about their very volgar language which should of never been used in a family setting restaurant. I used to like coming here but I will not be returning. This was a very digusting act by the team members and group of people that acted in this very nasty way.

Read moreIt's been a minute since I was last here. Granted, it was before COVID and not so close to closing time (which is 9pm) but still....
Not as good as I remembered and quite disappointed because I brought my wife (our anniversary dinner). We were seated promptly but waited a good long while to order. The waitress came to our table a fair number of times but never when we needed her. By the end of the night I asked for dessert and check at the same time out of fear we might have to wait 20 minutes for the check.
As for the food, the steak (rib-eye)was good, seasoned, but I should have taken the waitress' hint (she asked if I needed A1). The last time I was here, steak sauce just wasn't needed. Portion sizes were fair relative to the price, probably just barely more than enough for most people to eat in one sitting. The dessert - hot cookie in a skillet with ice cream and chocolate sauce. Not good at all. Maybe not fair, I am probably comparing to another restaurant (bar & grill) that serves a similar dessert.
Ultimately, would I go back? If I am in the area again, maybe. I won't drive out of my way like I did this time though.
Tip and feedback for Google Maps users: If coming from St Charles County - particularly down MO-94, do NOT USE Maps until after you get to Washington, MO. It will take you away from the main road , down several residential streets, just to dump you...
