If I could put zero stars I would. Today I went to order a pizza from this dominos in Washington Utah and they told me it would take 20-30 minutes. Well an hour went by and I decided to call and was very nice and respectful and asked if something went wrong the employee first told me I called the wrong place because there was no order in the computer I told him there's no way because this was the only number in my phone and all I did was redialed it from recent calls. He then handed me to the manger who said that the pizza was sent over to another closer location (which this store is actually closer to us but for some reason doesn't deliver to us) and then handed the phone back to the employee who then said it was going to be another 20 minutes for our pizza and that I didn't pick up the phone when they called( I don't know how that happened I repeated the number twice to him correctly) so I was blamed for not getting my pizza and was never ever told it was going to be free. My husband decided to go into the store and the manager just argued with him not apologizing once for the incident. Now I understand accidents happen but as a manger you should never argue and especially should apologize. The driver from the other location apologized and was so nice about it. I know this is long but this manager needs some manners and a lesson on...
Read moreMonday March 20th, I visited Domino's Pizza in Washington City, Utah, and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The establishment was very clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable as a customer. The staff was also friendly and helpful, informing me about online coupons that I could use to save money on my purchase.
One aspect of the experience that really stood out to me was the music playing in the background. The management had chosen to play modern rock bands like Nickelback, which helped create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. As someone who enjoys this type of music, I appreciated the effort to make the dining experience more engaging.
Overall, I highly recommend Domino's Pizza in Washington City, Utah. The cleanliness, friendly staff, and great music selection all contributed to a fantastic dining experience. Plus, with the added bonus of online coupons, it's a great value too. If you're in the area, be sure to...
Read moreI'm basing this review on the last 3 times we've ordered pizza from this Dominos location. On our last 3 orders, I've requested extra sauce. Two of the times I've ordered, sauce was completely forgotten and the pizzas were just bread with cheese and toppings. Today, I decided to try Dominos one more time as I know they are capable of making a good pizza. Unfortunately, they missed the extra sauce request again but did manage to put just a small amount on the pizza. I'm not sure if they just highly ration the pizza sauce but when a customer pays for extra sauce, that means add extra sauce to the pizza, not delete the sauce altogether. Once would just be a mistake, twice might just be bad luck, but 3 times in a row, probably spanned over 3 moths, is just poor kitchen management. Sorry Dominos but you've let down and...
