Dunkin' — Restaurant in Washington

Update 2: I wish this isolated business would go up in flames! This DD has to be the WORST Dunkin Donuts in the entire company! Every single time I visit this location I leave infuriated and with none of the things I wanted. Because I live in the complex and it's the only breakfast place available I always give it another chance. Without fail every single time it disappoints me!

Today: I wait patiently in line for 15-20 minutes (standard for this location). I finally make it to the register and order a breakfast sandwich that has bacon . Oh WAIT....allegedly they don't serve bacon anymore. I'm upset but order something the CASHIER recommended that has turkey sausage. Ok moving along. I'm waiting for my sandwich to be made and watch the food maker put bacon on a sandwich for the girl behind me. I'm confused?? Didn't they tell me they don't serve bacon anymore?? He then proceeds to tell me they don't have turkey sausage either. So I say ok can I have bacon like the girl who you just served? Nope that's allegedly the last of it.

So after 20-25 minutes I leave with nothing because they don't have any other meats. What a miserable establishment. The team lead Susan didn't even apologize, didn't try and correct anything. Didn't even respond to my questions. Oh and did I mention I had to wait again to be refunded.

I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! Hope this places goes out of businesses and is replaced with a Starbucks.

Update 1: I tried it one more time today because I really wasn't in the mood to travel for coffee. Without fail this place sucks!! 15 minutes for one regular (no frills) cup of coffee. Just save yourself the frustration and don't even walk in. Original: Don't come to this DD, it's literally the worst. I have given this location at least 10 opportunities to improve before writing this negative review. This place is constantly understaffed or the staff are super slow. On multiple occasions I have waited 15 minute in line just to place my order and then at least another 5-10 just for coffee. They never have sugar, are out of napkins, or entirely mess up the order. This is the worst place for them to have 1 register open in the morning. Not only do adults come in for coffee and maybe a donut or two and a sandwich to go but children on their way to school comes in as well. This is a metro location. You have people traveling to and from work, school, dr. appt and many other locations. There's other businesses at this location such as the DMV. There's other eateries there but none of the sell breakfast items. This location is not a well staffed. They have 1 person on a register, 1 person making coffee and sandwiches and I can't tell you what the other person does but I can tell you they're not working the 2nd register. Other than that they have great attitudes; but the 1 register and a line filled with people doesn't work for me. So many other issues at this location. The donuts aren't covered and they always have flies flying around the donuts. I suggested some time in the past to the cashier that he needs to inform his boss about this maybe they can get a net to cover the donuts or maybe doors on the unit like 711. At this point I buy all my donuts from 711. Also this location is constantly dirty from tables to coffee station. I have yet experience this location being clean at anytime. And the line is always long. Nor has both registers ever been operated at the same time. I've been to this location so many times for coffee because I love the coffee. I can go to 711 it's right across the street from my job but I love DD coffee. So I prepare myself for travel to this DD since its the only one in the area. But soon I'm going to have to switch to 711 because I'm spending fare to come to a slow and dirty establishment; and 711 is across from my work and home. 711 doesn't offer the variety of donuts and breakfast foods but at least I know my donuts comes without flies.
