OK, granted. This isn't the fastest chipotle in .. well anywhere. However, I've recently had an experience where I sympathize w the employees. EVERYONE. Had a special request/wanted something in a cup/and was ordering out of turn. One guy wanted a burrito IN a bowl, but he only indicated that.. at the END of the process. The lady in front of me, wanted EVERY SINGLE SIDE IN A CUP. But she ordered.. a quesadilla.. which doesn't come with ANY of that.. and she asked.. AT THE END. That's like "all that, and then TEN NEW THINGS". Wow. One chick.. was on the phone. The entiirree time. And every time she wanted something, it was after she missed her chance to specify the first time.
F you and your cup. Even one cup is too many unless it's guac. GO AWAY. Stop wasting plastic, and get it how it's supposed to come.
Just as bad, an 8 year old child, demanded, at least 3 times, for more rice, out of turn. Why not just say in the beginning, "I want a stupid-huge pile of rice"... that will get you something, and save EVERYONE the hassle of you not saying what you want in the first place!! A pile of rice bigger than your torso.
I watched employees deliver on these stupid demands almost every time. I mean, I ordered 3 bowls with 80% of the ingredients.. but I said what I wanted up front, and I felt like I was the easiest customer. A complete mess of customer-ethics at this chipotle. PS it wasn't any particular group or creed- everybody was a dunce.
Sorry it's so hard to work in this place, dear employees. Get some manners, customers!! 90% of you act like spoiled children, or fools. I'm amazed anybody can tolerate that for more than 5...
Read moreI've never felt the need to post a review in my life but this one was so bad i think I'll go ahead. This is THE slowest chipotle I've ever been to. Not even counting the time I had already spent waiting in line, it took me a little over five minutes to get my bowl ONCE IT WAS MY TURN. First i had to wait on the lady to get more bowls. You know when your bowls are getting low. It's not that hard to stock up during down time or in between customers. So I had to wait for that. Then I got to the toppings part. To speed things up, I said "Id like corn, sour cream, and cheese". Three seemingly simple items. You stare at those three things all day. Seemingly simple, yet after the corn was put on, she asked me "what else". Lady I just told you. If customers are helping YOU be expedient and you still need to be guided through it, this may not be the job for you. After that she left my bowl sitting at the end and went to finish other people's bowls. I just stood there till some lady out of the back came and put the top on, then gave it to the cashier who was too busy wiping lettuce off of the counter. they were all nice tho LOL.
I've worked in restaurants. I've worked in retail. Your focus is the customer. Clean up later. Stock up when it's slow. Work as a team. Work as speedy as you can, especially when you have a line to the back door. Hire a team who doesn't work in frickin...
Read moreHonestly the most disgusting and disappointing chipotle I’ve been in. Normally don’t visit here but decided to stop in because the rain was so bad I couldn’t drive. I had to repeat myself constantly to the girl working on the line. The guacamole looked like it had been sitting out all day. It was brown and had cheese in it and when I asked her if I could have fresh guac she said that was the only one they had in the entire restaurant lol. Surprisingly when I asked the cashier she was able to find fresh guac that was actually green without cheese. Finished ordering my food and went into the bathroom to wash my hands. There was urine all over the floors, tampons and feces everywhere. I was thoroughly disgusted. I didn’t want to touch a thing. When I informed the manager (a heavy set woman with braids) her response was “that’s fine.” LOL. The condiments station was just as bad. Trash was all over the counter, bottles open, just disgusting. Honestly regret stopping in. Hope they work on service and cleanliness because it’s honestly bizarre that they’re serving food in a place that was outright filthy and with such nasty unpleasant attitudes.
