Thank you for your awesome review Denis Gomez! We appreciate your patronage. With regard to jellied fruits however we were one of the cleanest alternatives even prior to our latest “cleaner blending initiatives” in December of last year. At that time we took an even deeper drive into examining our products to eliminate added sugar and preservatives. Just one example was that we had to change pineapple vendors because they added citrus juice to the pineapple chunks as an all natural preservative. While it was still all natural, the juices were not organic to the pineapple and therefore it was considered an additive. We have since switched to an IQF pineapple which is more expensive but is 100% pineapples with no preservatives. There are countless other examples that we have taken to allow our guest to choose healthy alternatives. Although interestingly enough not everyone was ready to commit to those health choices and public demand forced us to bring back strawberries packed in sugar. We now carry both SW strawberries and NSA strawberries to suite you purpose whatever that purpose may be. God Bless, Michael

Basically, I was in rush hour traffic when I saw this location open and empty! I thought "Jackpot ", no lines!!! I go in and customer service was excellent at this point! It wasn't til after I got my drink, got in my double parked vehicle and drove off about five miles away before I realized that my drink was not sweet, nor did it have the extra peanut butter, that I paid for in it, as well as the drink was not a whole 32 ounces! So, when I came back to the store still in rush hour traffic, the same lady indicated that I had dranked from the cup and that it was quite a bit missing!! I told her that first of all, it wasn't a 32 oz., secondly I was in rush hour traffic, so naturally your product is gonna melt down and show its consistency in the cup! Your employee indicated very snidely that I had dranked this awful drink, and that if I wanted a correction I would have to pay you another 11:32 for the same awful service!! Seriously??? I think the only thing I did wrong in this scenario, was not got to Rhode Island Avenue location where this problem never exists! My hats off to that location, but your H Street location, just sucks! You guys should just pop in their as a random customer and check out that experience for yourself and then make an educated business saving decision!!! Thank you for your time in...

Great place to visit and get a refreshing smoothie on a summer day. They offer great options and variety of fruits and you can even add protein to your shakes. The prices could be better, a little price not gonna lie. There is a couple of these smoothie King around DC, so I invite you to give it a try. It wouldn't disappoint you. The other only thing is that they should have real fruits and no jelly fruits. Those contains to many preservatives and it's better if you get fresh fruits for the health of your customers. If you do this, believe me you will get more customers and there for your brand will be more trustworty. You should have new flavor every month and have samples so that customers are intrigued in trying new flavors. You should be open to innovate new flavors and you will see how the community responds.
