Upon arrival I observed staff holding a personal conversation nerving stopping to even acknowledge me. Once I got someone to help me I waited for my order and observed another staff with gloves on dig into an old greasy bag and put some food of some sort into an cup and began to eat out of it. Then she rubbed her gloved hand across the counter and immediately opened the window to sort out croissants. Once I asked for a refund she asked why? I explained to her what I observed and she laughed and started singing an offensive song. All while laughing in my face. Her coworkers refused to give me her name. I only found out whom Eric was bc he was on the receipt although he wasnât the one who told my order. I told them that Iâd call in and report Eric since his name is on the receipt and another coworker stated that the lady wasnât Eric that the male was. So very unprofessional.    Read more11/24/21 morning. I would like to give this place zero stars, but not an option. Their business hours show that they open at 5 am. A long line had gathered outside the half open gate around 5 minutes until 5 am. 3-4 workers were inside. 5 am passes, 5:05, 5:10, 5:22 am. I finally ask âum, excuse me, do you know when you will open?â A worker mumbles about someone else needing to arrive. I then ask again 5 min later, and a worker says âI canât tell you because itâs âup to the ovenâ - when the oven is ready we can open.â What? Iâm now in line at Dunkin Donuts, abandoned my wasted 30 minutes, and theyâve already served about 15 people ahead of me.    Read moreStopped here to get coffee before flight. While waiting, a customer came up who had ordered banana muffin but ended up with blueberry. Was patient and friendly when returned to correct mix up. Food server said they were out of banana muffin and she had called number to let customer know it was out. Clearly customer didnât hear her and she wasnât standing there when customer picked up bag. She was curt and defensive that customer would need to pay for another item, despite the fact he had paid in full for something he did not receive. Thatâs just bad customer service.
