Wow talk about a place that will rip you off! First does this look like a $14 Cheeseburger?? it sure doesn't to me. Secondly, watch your total carefully the cashier added a tip to my order and I didn't notice it until later. At NO point did she deserve a tip, at NO point did she ask if she could add a tip, and at NO point did I authorize a tip to be added to my bill, at NO point did a tip option screen appear on the card reader. It's just an overpriced sandwich, in a to go bag, at an airport, what service would I be tipping for??? Definitely a scam by the cashier. I urge management to look into the actions of the employee.

The food and super friendly staff made waiting for my delayed flight far less stressful. Five Guys burgers are pricier than most fast food places but they are definitely among the best burgers you can get from a franchise. Great beef, fresh salads, and tasty fries!

Fi e Guys is typically higher priced than other fast food, but WOW! $35.00 for two people. Food is the same as you'd get outside the airport. Staff was friendly. There is no seating connected to the restaurant, but there is seating in the general area.

Best Burger and fry joint around. I read a review by a previous customer that I have to comment on. His review was that he ordered a lettuce burger and got meat. Ok. Dude!!!!! What moron goes to the BEST BURGER JOINT IN DC/VA AND ORDERS A FREAKING LETTUCE BURGER. YOU MIGHT AS WELL EITHER PASS THE PLACE AND GET ON THE PLANE OR PASS IT AND GET ON YOUR WAY. Really!!!! These are the types of people that use our airports. Be advised of the complete morons that could be standing in line at an airport. Wow. I cant remember the last time I have seen a LETTUCE AND FRY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!!!! DO US ALL A FAVOR AND STOP EATING...

This is a review for the five guys in DCA. I've never been upset enough to leave a negative review. If I don't like someone's service, I just don't go back.

The reason for this then? I have to warn people about the five guys in Reagan International Airport. I actually saw the workers foregoe the fresh fries that came out of the fryer, grab a metal dish of old fries from the back of house and put them in my bag. Then they tossed a few of the fresh ones on top.

I have no idea where those fries had been, but I am sure they wouldn't live up to...
