Okay so this was our first time back at Pizza Hut for many years and we decided to give it a go after a really long day and we still had an hour left to drive home well we decided to order through the app using one of their deals which included three medium pizzas for a total of $23.99+tax. after choosing the pizzas from the list that the app offered that I assumed was included my total was just over $40. But after a long day again I was satisfied with pizza for the win for the whole family although I would have liked to see a price change noted within the app with certain pizzas or certain options so that it was not a surprise upon finishing my order. Secondly the only option the app gave for pickup was contactless curbside which was fine so we pull up and there's no signs indicating where to park so we pull up to the most sensible space possible in our opinion. I open the app to click that I'm here and the app glitched so after seeing other people enter the store and leave I decided to go in with no sign of anybody planning to bring our pizzas out. When I walked in the store there was a customer sitting and waiting and otherwise I would have felt very awkward about being in the store by the way that I was stared at by employees like I was some sort of bug. I was not greeted at least not in a friendly manner and when I reached the counter the person at the counter quickly stepped back to busy herself with suddenly delivering our pizzas outside to which I had to ask if it was my pizzas and explain why I came in which was not something they care to hear. Once we got home and we open the pizza we discovered that all the pizzas were undercooked and the crust were all very doughy visibly so, and we also found a hair in one of the pizzas. In the survey that I was sent and asked multiple times to do it asked about sauce if we were given marinara sauce we were not given marinara sauce or sauce of any kind which I did think was slightly odd after the fact. There website was not working states not added to cart I need t I be on the app. Went and did the add in the pic would also not work today. Would not let me have the same price as app or website. Also showed to Wes that it would not me put anything in the cart not even a drink. Manger states nothing they can do. If you had good customer service you could of honor the prices as it stated they where. I own a business and would never do that to my customer and let them go elsewhere. I have ordered here 2 times a week since may of 2016!! Never again you just lost a customer of 9 years. Domino's was very good today so they just gained a new customer. Place looks dingy as all get out, inside and out. When I pulled up I had to second guess if the place was even still in business. The staff is rude, and got what looked like an eye roll when they spotted no tip on the receipt. I'm getting take out what am I tipping for?
