October 17,2025 was a terrifying experience. I went in there at night to mail a package. Juanita and Jacob seemed very bothered by me asking them for help while they were sitting down doing nothing. I was at the printer trying to figure out how to print a label and an old woman Stephanie came over and started to press a button while I was paying and trying to figure out how to do this. I asked her politely to not touch my screen. Stephanie got extremely irritated and cursed me out and when I was trying to leave she put her hands on me and was so irrational and angry that I asked her to not touch my printer screen . I never asked her to help me. Stephanie proceeded to follow me cursing at me out the door and tried to close the door on me. Because I was terrified I forgot my package and Stephanie juanita and Jacob decided not to open the door when they heard me knocking to get my package. They knew what they were doing. I definitely do not recommend anyone to go into this store without protection because Stephanie is extremely rude, irrational, unpredictable and aggressive. I would never hire her as an employee at my establishment. I would be so embarrassed to have my employees treat anyone like this in such a calm establishment. This was a traumatic experience and they do not want to take accountability for their actions. The next day before I called corporate I spoke to the assistant manager David he was rude and tried to say this did not happen and I politely asked David to look at the cameras with audio and video on. Read moreI do not recommend Office Deopt for anything that has to be ordered and shipped. I ordered a gaming chair the week before my husband’s birthday as a gift, was told they don’t keep the chair in-store so it would take 3-5 business days to be delivered. No big deal, I understand the wait. However, after a week and a half went by and still no chair was delivered, I called the store to inquire about my order. I was told that I would have to contact UPS because they couldn’t locate my order. I called UPS and they explained that the chair was never sent from the Office Depot warehouse. I called the store back again and gave them this information from UPS, to which they said they couldn’t help me and advised I call their 1-800 number. So I called the 1-800 number and they tell me that my order was “lost” and now it’ll need to be credited and a new order placed. At this point, I just canceled everything and went back to the store for a full refund. Customer service was total garbage and no one seems to be able to give you a straight answer. I’m sure this store is fine for in-store items that are readily available, but don’t waste your time trying to order anything that requires shipping. Read moreI experienced rude and unwanted behavior. The manager talked to me as if the concern did not matter to them because "they were closing in 20mins". He informed me that I can call customer service and try to see if they could be of assistance and stated good luck if I can get someone on the phone before they closed. Manager also stated to me "I don't know what to tell you" several times during our encounter while I was trying to ask questions and get understanding. I ended up having to cancel that order purchase in store. I would never return to this location and considered not to do business with Office Depot again, I wouldn't continue to shop at a company where the staff and face of the company treated me as if I didn't matter especially while I was spending money in...
