The 3-star rating is for my experience today not overall. Okay, so, I placed an order online for curbside pickup early Monday morning. It was supposed to be ready on Monday. Monday evening I received an email saying that part of my order had been cancelled. I didn't, however, receive an email saying that the rest of my order had been fulfilled. By 12:00 Tuesday I still hadn't heard anything. I called the store and was finally able to get through only to have the guy tell me that because my products were coming from outside that it was best if I just come to the store. He said to call them when I was there. He said they didn't bring products from outside, inside. I got to the store and the guy who does the curbside pickup came to my car and asked if I would like to come inside and get the order myself because they were so busyand it would be a while. I agreed. He said once we gathered the things for my order that he would come and find me to give me my receipt. He never returned. I waited for about 45 minutes before I found a manager who printed the receipt for me. I just wish I would've known it was better to just go to the store instead of waiting for them to fulfill my...

Ross was low selection and poor customer service. Same thing for Sallys Beauty Supply. Today Ross was the worst I've experienced there, a cashier simply git tired and decided to let her co woeker finish ringing up my purchases after appatently she was offended by my asking for a discount because the boots were damaged. She said its just dust and when i showed her it wasn't coming off by brushing it off she left the register. As a result the cashier who took over gave me one big bag and I left. When i got home itwns the first cashier ring up wtw not in the bag!!! My gas time - AND my ride since someoneelse has driven me they had to drive me back!!! Not going back. Don't...

Every one knows how big Honestly Depot rite? You may loose some weight if you actually are there to shop again lot. I love it there. And because its Large ad just has it all You don't have to worry u cannot find what you need. But best of all The staff there are The Strawberry Shortcake with the Xtra Extra Whip cream Because they listen and walk and show you where the things are you need. If it is not in store they stop and show you how quick you can get it on line pick up or sometimes for it was the Next Day .Go on and get what u need for the House at Home Depot...
