Really frustrated with my experience today. Ordered online. Beverages were seemingly not prepared when I arrived at pick up time. Employee asks, "did you have an online order?" I said yes, then she proceeds to tell me my order will be right up and proceeds to make smoothies. My brain goes "completely defeats the purpose of an online order" but it's fine, I can be patient, she's by herself. I wait probably another 8 minutes. She hands me NOT what I ordered and a large with an inch of space at the top. I'm sorry, these smoothies are $8 - I'm not accepting a smoothie with an inch of space at the top, nor should anyone else. Then I tell her what I actually ordered because these are clearly not my smoothies and she goes "oh!" and pulls my already prepared smoothies out of the fridge. ๐ "Oh, no! You waited all this time." Yes. Yes I did. Simple communication of asking what I had ordered or taking two seconds to fully understand what I was waiting on would have really saved this entire experience. But the blueberry thingy is amazing! Course, everything at Jamba is top notch! Customer service for people like me that have issues communicating or hearing no problem. Super friendly small town feel. And the place is clean and right outside there is a Wendy's to get your cheeseburger ๐ fix. Lots of great food to go along with your super good for you drink. The best part was how knowledgeable the cashier was about the drinks they serve. She knew EVER INGREDIENT! I am Impressed ๐. Am I really close to Portland I thought to myself? Noo way!!!

I stood at the MOBILE ORDER counter for 10 min without being asked by a single person if i had been helped or what i was waiting for. I watched 10 people get served before i was helped. Eventually i went to the register, stood in line an additional 5 min. Turned out my drink was in the fridge, and had been the entire time i was there. If ONE person spoke to me i could have been in and out much faster. What's more upsetting is i was on my lunch break, so much of it was wasted not being served properly. Will not be recommending this Jamba in the future due to this lack of proper customer service.
