Really like the food here. Most of the people working here are always happy. I have only seen 1 lady who really seemed unhappy and like she didnt care about her job and it did just so happen to take place when we took these pictures. We went their about an hour before closing on a sat night. Was actually pretty slow. Lots of places to sit and clean bathrooms. The idea is like a chipotle or subway but with pizza. They also have a gluten free option of cauliflower dough and believe it or not it's very good. Price is very reasonable. This could be great for a date or with the family. They also make salads. They have a soft serve machine and make milkshakes and rootbeer floats. Everything tastes great and they have many options. Our favorite is to make your own personal pizza so that I can have whatever I want on it and same for my partner. There is also a couple wines and beers in cans. And I believe two beers on tap. When it's nice outside there is also a ton of seating out there. When it is busy it can be hard to hear indoors. I would definitely suggest this to people new or local. We always have a great time!

This place is pretty neat and trendy. It's like Subway, but for pizza. You can choose from their menu topping combos, or make your own. They have two sizes, 6 inch and 11" and tons of toppings too chose from. They make it in front of you. You choose the toppings and they don't upcharge you for extras. They seemed pretty high quality, and the pizza crust is really thin. It all gets baked in an open brick oven. The pizza was really good, but the bummer is it's expensive for what you get. The 6" is almost $6 and the 11" is almost $9. The 6" isn't very filing, so if you're a big eater like me looking for a good deal, get the 11 inch. A bigger pizza that's just as good (in my opinion) is under $10 at Pizza Hut.

I think that this location is the best MOD Pizza I've been to around the area. I do love the concept of MOD, where you can get as many toppings as you want on your pizza for the same price, and of course, that's the case here. They have a pretty good dairy-free cheese option, and all of their ingredients are high-quality. I highly recommend getting the white sauce with chicken and veggies such as spinach, basil, and green peppers. Customer service is friendly and they are ready to welcome and serve you when you come in. You get your food pretty fast, and you can either eat inside the casual place or take it out to go, which is also good. Restaurant itself is fairly clean.

Update: 3 months later, on an early Friday evening, it’s the same experience. I thought it would be different seeing we were next in line, and at 1st with no one waiting behind us. After waiting about 10 minutes there was a line behind us AND they still hadn’t started making our order. We ended up just walking out without saying anything. I DO NOT want to support this location again (unless there’s a major change)! We ended up going to the location off Chkalov (way farther away from our house).

I’ve been to MOD in different states, and I’ve been to this location many times, and this is the WORST experience at any MOD I’ve ever experienced. On a Sunday afternoon, there was only 2 people working the counter and making pizza (for both in-person and online orders!). One person was making online orders only and the other person was switching between online and in-person orders. The speed was SUPER slow. We waited in line for 30 minutes and finally gave up after the 3 people (one party) in front of us finally started their order.

I honestly believe that the two people working the front counter were doing what they could to help, but I put sole responsibility on management. Of course I don’t know what has happened behind the scenes, but there appeared to be a total of 4 (maybe 5) workers (including the manager).

I’ve never seen this MOD this under staffed, and when my wife asked an employee (non manager) why things were taking so long, the manager said, ā€œDon’t yell at her!ā€ My wife wasn’t yelling (I understand that the manager may have perceived it this way), and my wife asked this after several people in line were complaining about the slow service (basically being a voice for the people. The people behind us decided to order through the app because they felt they would get their food sooner.) The manager ended up saying, this usually happens at this time (on Sundays). So, my thought goes to, ā€œIf this usually happens, why don’t you make sure you have enough workers?ā€ (I understand that there may have been people scheduled who called in sick, but it sounded like this shortage is a common thing.)

Because of this experience, I won’t be visiting this location for a long time, and if I do, it most likely won’t be on a Sunday, AND there’s a chance that if I see this specific manager worker, I might leave and go somewhere else. This was a really sad visit with a really sad outcome. We eventually went somewhere...

MOD concept is great. Build your own pizza or salad, reasonable prices, good drink options. However....this location has been really frustrating from the start. We assumed it would speed up once it was open for a few weeks or months. But no. It's like they don't have a good training protocol because it's consistently slow and awkward. People making the pizzas are always checking the door to see who's coming in so they can yell "welcome to MOD" while you have to repeat what you just said because they weren't listening. I have to think they're told to do that because it's consistent. We've been to his location at least 10 times since it opened. Also, of you get a salad and want chicken on it, the chicken is in some stage of thawing from being frozen. Perfectly fine for putting on a pizza to be cooked but on a salad it either icy or very very cold as soggy. Not appetizing. I've mentioned it before and was met with "yeah, it comes frozen." 😳 No one cared. We are now driving a little further to another location just to avoid this one....
