From the second I walked through the door Alyx was incredible. She greeted me with a warm smile - noticeable through the mask, asked me what I was looking for and instantly started making suggestions based off of my likes and dislikes. It reminded me of the way Nordstroms used to be - without being obnoxious. I legitimately felt like she was a personal shopper, but without being pushy. She outfitted the fitting room with some really incredible options. I wished I could purchase them all! Which was a great segway to the in store credit card conversation later. Great place! Body positive, friendly and helpful women working there who really go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and are able to find the things that you want.

They proactively come and offer to take your stuff to a dressing room while you're still wandering around shopping, and they write your name on the dressing room door, which I think is really cute.

Once you're in the dressing room trying stuff on, they come check on you, and will happily bring you different sizes of stuff if you need it, and encourage you when you come out to look in the big mirrors and decide whether you like an outfit or not.

I went in today for some slacks and it was 5 min before closing. I was aware of that but the lady working had mentioned it to me like she was annoyed that I had come in and mentioned that you will NOT have time to try anything on. I needed slacks for an interview and she did offer to help me. But once 8 pm hit she let me know ASAP. Disappointed in the customer service. Could’ve been nicer and more understanding.
