Update: haven't shopped here in a while from previous service. Somehow they have gotten WWAAAAYYY worse. Before they were slow, now just unprofessional and aggressive.
My wife came in your store to buy my family dinner. Two customers were in front of her and the employees were ignoring her order. My wife gave her first sub order and then the girls in front of her said they weren't finished and the employee became angry, when my wife went to order the rest of our sandwiches the employee lectured her and raised her voice to her. They continued to talk smack and be highly unprofessional. They then messed up my sandwich and made a regular when we ordered and paid for a giant. They very angrily made a second regular completely wrong, different bread, undercooked etc. then continued to talk even louder about the customers and slam things around very violently. My wife asked for their names and they refused to give them to her, and none of them had name tags. I called into the store after my wife got home upset, and asked for a manager and Fay was supposedly the manager on duty. We did not receive a receipt. I have contacted corporate and hopefully they will do something since this store continues to have a problem. I will never shop here again, I want a refund for my horrid sandwiches, and refuse to shop there as long as Fay and the other employees are still employed there. It was the most unprofessional experience we have ever had. Violence, anger, and completely disrespecting all the customers. Unacceptable!
Horrible service. They were friendly but slow as molasses. Got my sandwiches to go. Waited a half hour for my hot sandwiches and got them home and they made my sandwich wrong. Ordered a chipotle cheesesteak. Asked for extra chipotle mayo.... So intead they just put tons of regular mayo. My sandwich...
Read moreToday's experience was very unpleasant. I walked in to order and while I do give them credit for immediately asking me what I would like to order, I needed to repeat "Big Khahuna" 4 times before she finally understood me, which was awkward in itself. Then, I was told to give the cashier my order slip. So I walk up to the cashier, who doesn't acknowledge me, so I wait in front of him. The guy behind me then comes up to the register and was immediately helped. He leaves and more people start to order, get their sandwiches made, pay, and leave. Not knowing why I'm being ignored, I grab some chips and a drink and continue to wait right beside the cashier. The sandwich maker then says something to the effect of "I don't know what she's waiting for," clearly referring to me. Everyone in the restaurant turns to look and I say "The big khahuna." After my comment no one says anything and they continue on. After 5 more minutes of waiting (and not knowing if my sandwich is even being made) I ask if I should just come back. She same girl responds that it will only be another minute. Finally I receive my sandwich (at least 10 minutes after ordering), and pay (which was also painfully slow). Maybe I'm wrong for assuming it would be like Subway where you order, your sandwich is made immediately, and you leave. I would have been much more understanding if they would have said something to the effect of "okay, that will be five minutes." I would give zero stars for the experience - the energy in the shop was extremely uncomfortable. This is a family members review of their...
Read moreGavin Foster is the manager. We would like him to hear about this incident. Christina, who appeared to be the shift lead on duty, started her interaction with us pleasantly. Unfortunately, when my husband ordered his sandwich a " giant rosemary parm club supreme," she must have misheard him because she grabbed white bread. When my husband said, "Excuse me, is that rosemary parm?" That was when her customer service skills failed. She grabbed the white bread back, threw it onto the bread rack, and snapped at him, "Next time, you need to tell me what kind of bread you want." When he said I did ask for rosemary parm, she cut him off and said "No. You did not" when I corroborated that, yes, he did ask for rosemary parm bread, she said again "NO, he did NOT!" She had sliced a roll of rosemary parm at this point and again, threw the bread. This time by the lettuce bin, about 2 feet away. At this point my husband told her she can cancel the order if she is going to have so much attitude. She said "Fine. Cancel it." This really is unacceptable. All she had to say was, " Oops. Sorry. My bad." and get us the bread we asked for. It was really weird , frankly, how quickly she got angry, as well as completely unexpected and unnecessary. Maybe she got embarrassed because she made a mistake? I don't know , but yeah, weirdly angry...
