Lion's Choice — Restaurant in Washington

Edit: since my review, I have decided to no longer eat here. The staff is disrespectful, acting annoyed when I asked for medium rare, which is literally how it’s supposed to be served. I’m tired of getting well done and damn near burnt meat when I’m asking for something that is just supposed to be the normal way it’s done. It would be different if it was once every now and again but it’s become the rare occasion that the food is actually good, rather than the opposite being said. Disappointing, since there is no better roast beef than Lions Choice, but I guess I will take my business elsewhere.

Out of date - Had a few bad experiences asking for medium rare but I reached out to the support and was contacted by the GM from the location. Not only was she extremely fast with her response, she gave me an answer I was pleased with and the next two times I went, I was very happy to see that it was cooked to perfection and seasoned amazingly. I don’t know their names but the group of ladies that were in there this morning have yet to fail me when I see them! Lions choice is one of my all time favorite sandwiches. The day of my visit our sandwiches were perfectly done. I like that I can order a sandwich rare to medium. The reason I give this particular restaurant a low score is because when we were there I observed hygiene issues among the workers. The young woman waiting on us at the register was not feeling well. She started coughing to the extent she had to leave the register without covering her mouth. She returned to the register and I observed her consuming food without proper sanitation. She informed us that she was ill and that she would be able to go home in 2 hours. That was almost too much to comprehend why a food establishment would allow a ill employee to continue to serve customers. My daughter would not eat her sandwich for fear of becoming ill from...

Please check your salads and double check orders at the drive thru! I LOVE Lion’s Choice. Probably a little more than your average person. I have fond memories of coming as a kid with my mom and now I enjoy it just as much as an adult. So I leave this review as just a heads up and a little reminder. Semi often items are forgotten at the drive thru and today I ordered a side salad and over 80% of it was spoiled. Like not just wilted but the greens were liquidy too. Other than that this location is great and I’ll be back. But just double check your salads and orders before they leave the drive thru.
